Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Refreshingly clever
Review: The Last Broadcast is intelligent and tricky. I actually found it more clever than scary and certainly clever is tougher for filmmakers to achieve! I highly recommend this film as one that you will remember and reference for years. And they made this for 900 bucks? Hats off to Lance and Stefan.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: This film has bothered me for over three months
Review: And I think in a good way. I've replayed the film in my head (I originally thought it was a documentary, and was really in for a shock later). This film is so much more authentic than Blair Witch (there is actually a legend of the Jersey Devil; they didn't need the Sci Fi channel to "create" one. My pick for film of the year.

Summary: Before Blair Witch there was.....
Review: I saw this movie on IFC last month and was wide-eyed and on the edge of my seat the whole time. The intensity builds and builds before the mind-blowing explosive ending. It's the most original film I've seen in years, and the best thriller since Halloween. I immediately emailed the filmmakers to find out when I could buy it on video. I later learned of a similar movie, The Blair Witch Project, which doesn't hold a candle to its predecessor, The Last Broadcast. It's sad that most viewers will mistakenly note Blair Witch as the original of its style. Do yourself a favor and check it out. You won't sleep for weeks.

Summary: It scared the &%#@ out of me!!!
Review: This movie definitely was similar to Blair Witch because it had the same intensity. The mystery and freakyness made it hard to look away but the suspence made you want to dive to the floor. If it had a Resevoir Dogs ending, it would have been an easy 5 stars. A must see!!!!

Summary: Last Broadcast
Review: This movie is SO MUCH better than Blair Witch Project....it's scarey

Rating: 2 stars
Summary: No style, no substance.
Review: Most repetitious and boring film I have ever seen. The whole film is told through a specific point of view and the filmmakers throw that concept out the window at the end. Final scene does not work with the rest of the movie. This film was promoted as one of the first "Digital" feature films, too bad it has no style and no substance. Interesting concept poorly done.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: The first one is the better one
Review: A lot of thought went into making The Last Broadcast. It makes you think, makes you chuckle at times and gets you a little spooked too. Excellent acting by a bunch of unknowns. The ending will twist your mind nicely. Who says you need a big Hollywood budget to make a great movie?

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: The Last Broadcast is a brave cinamatic feat.
Review: The film, The Last Broadcast, is a daring look into the heart of the unkown. It boldy takes you to a new level of fear. This film brings its story to life in such a real way that you'll be afraid to ever go camping again. The documentary style filmmaking is groundbreaking and yet unsettleing all at once. If you see only one movie in 1999 make it The Last Broadcast.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: a real innovative thriller movie
Review: I consider this movie one of the best innovative thriller movie ever made, simple and intense. The only thing that i didn't like was the final sequence, completely unnecessary. The movie should be ended on the analysis of the "frame". GOOD JOB. MAT_visual writer (cinematographer/editor)
