Rating: Summary: Something goes wrong, but what? Review: Actor Edward Furlong goes directly from starring in one of the greatest sequels of all time (T2 Judgement Day) to starring in one of the worse sequels of all time (Pet Sematary Two). The sad thing is that the movie starts out pretty good. For starters.. fans of horror will enjoy the excessive amount of gore. The heavy metal soundtrack works well. And the film is atmosheric in a macabre sort of way. The big issue is the last 25 minutes, the production value goes rapidly down hill. Even though the gore continues, true fans of quality horror films will be disappointed in the over all product.
Rating: Summary: immaginative Review: almost as good as the first ,with still scary nes
Rating: Summary: Entertaining Review: Although not exactly a classic, this film is nonetheless quite entertaining at times. The whole cast is good, but Casey Brown steals the show as Gus. He appears to be having fun in the role, and he's fun to watch. PS2 is creepy, it's goofy, but it's entertaining.
Rating: Summary: Not for children and certainly not for those with conscience Review: Basically, the same exact thing. Only without the road. Boy's mother actress dies in an accident on the set and his friend's dog is murdered by his father. And the two seem to think they'll do better in a pet cemetary. Just as bad as the first with the same degrading garbage that isn't worth lowering yourself by watching. If you liked BEETHOVEN, you won't like this.
Rating: Summary: Don't bury more sequels in the Pet Sematary Review: Better save your money and don't waste it with this DVD. If you are interested the cheaper option it's to rent it. There's nothing new in this film that wasn't previously seen in the original movie, so it's really boring and from the beginning to the end you know what's going to happen.
Rating: Summary: All in all okay Review: Didn't have the same effect as the first and even though it had a pretty good story line with lots of colorful characters, it was stupidly gory in parts and had bad special effects that one could laugh at. But it wasn't a waste of time to watch, it was interesting and even worth watching again.
Rating: Summary: I dont care what you say. this movie was good Review: First off, ou shouldnt be watching this if gore offends you. Its a "horror" movie and you should expect that. Also, most people didnt get the plot, which is death. Learning to deal with death and learning that it is a natural part of life that you should learn to deal with. Hence the dark brooding feel of the film. I enjoyed this movie start to finish without being bored and I thought it was a good way to end the franchise. They even played The Ramones again at the end of the film! Buy it if you liked the first
Rating: Summary: Give it a chance Review: For a low budget Sequel this movie wasnt that bad. Clancy Brown did good as did Edward Furlong and Jared Rushton. I saw this movie with some of my friends in the theatres a while back and I enjoyed it pretty well, while my friends laughed and laughed at it. I like the part when Gus (clancy Brown) kills Clyde (rushton) with a dirt bike.Give this movie a chance
Rating: Summary: Almost as good as the first! Review: I admit that the first was better, but this definitely will keep you entertained. However, one thing I do like better about this one is that you see more people because it takes place in a town. The first one took place in the middle of nowhere. Though I hated Edward Furlong in Terminator 2 and Before and After, I didn't mind him in this. And Clancy Brown is also good as Gus the bloodthirsty sheriff.
Rating: Summary: It's a funny and scary at the same time Review: I liked it very much. You can see a horor film and still see a funny film at the same time. It' a movie I think everyone will enjoy.
