Summary: really 80's, but hey..it was a catchy movie..was'nt it?
Review: this movie is your typical 80's slasher flick, but it really broke through with the idea of a talking, walking killer doll.personally, i think it's the best of the series, but i have to give big credit to bride of chucky, that was hilarious! i'm out, marcus

Summary: A reveiw from Mr. Entertainment Lover
Review: This is without a doubt one of the worst films ever made. The plot very simple, a little boy gets a doll from his mom that is evil because of the spirit of a deranged killer inhabiting it. If you like sensless and stupid violence and weak plots and not to mention a stupid little doll being a killer, this is for you.

Summary: EXCELLENT
Review: The entire Childs Play series have got to be the best Horror-Comedy films ever made. Chucky, a possessed doll has all the style that gives these films their own unique class. They are a must-see collection, and the latest installment, 'Bride of Chucky' continues the amazingly well-written story-line. I saw Childs Play when I was only 7 years old, back in 1988, and from then on, I have been a Childs Play fanatic! When you see the films, you will always believe Chucky's promise 'I'll Be Your Friend To The End', because you will never forget the most evil look in his eves for as long as you live!

Summary: An inventive and original horror film with class
Review: Child's play is a very inventive film that takes a simple premise of a walking talking malevolent doll and turns into an interesting , suspensful supernatural\thriller. Directed by Tom Holland the man behind Fright Night , this an entertaining classic horror film aided by a compulsive mood and Brad Dourif's uniqe sound as Chucky the doll. The sequels are nice , but not up to par..
