Summary: Suspensefully creepy
Review: I am a huge horror/suspense movie fan. This movie not only scared the crap out of me, but left me wanting more. I sat outside the movie theatre listening to people talk and one lady was really angry because the movie did not have the typical horror movie closure . I personally like not knowing all the answers and letting my imagination figure out what is left unsaid. Do not miss this movie. Enough said!

Summary: All you want is for the monster to just off the main people
Review: Jeepers Creepers why'd I pay to see this movie?!! This movie could have been so much better. The only good thing about it is its short running time (only an hour and a half). I realize characters in scary movies are supposed to do stupid things but these people just did way too many stupid things especially the character Trish. For the majority of the movie I was just wishing that the monster would just off her because she was just a tad bit too annoying. The monster is going after Trish and Darry because it wants one of them yet numerous times throughout the movie when it had ample opportunity to get them it for some unknown reason decides instead to kill other people. If you were to cut all the unnecessary parts from this movie it would probably be a quite satisfying 15 minute short film.

Summary: First 30 minutes are great...the rest sucks.
Review: Darry and his sister Trish are driving home for spring break when they are nearly run off the road by a truck.
Does not decide between being Friday the 13th or Scream. Its plot starts out well but goes south 30 minutes into it. They should have JAPANIMATED this movie.

Summary: Jeepers Creepers
Review: IF you like to be scared out of your wits, this thriller is just the thing for you! It has all the elements of a great scarey movie! After seeing large "body shaped" bags being discarded in a large drainage pipe, while they were driving home from college, a brother and sister team decide to see what is going on....that is the beginning. The rest of the movie is filled with frights, thrills and plenty of chills! This movie is what scarey movies are supposed to be about...frightening the wits out of you and making you sleep with the lights on!

Summary: Loses creepiness over time
Review: After reading the other reviews I had high hopes for this film. The opening 10 minutes of the film start out with college students (brother and sister) monotonously conversing in the car. Much of dialog provides unneeded information and little characterization, serving only to get the movie off to a slow start. The film immediately picks up however with the best part of the movie, the church sequence. This is quite well done, scary and suspenseful. Makes you feel cut off and vulnerable and at the hands of a psychopath. If the rest of the movie could have taken place with this mood and setting it could have been excellent.

Unfortunately, the film goes downhill as it loses the sense of vulnerable isolation by letting the characters escape and mingle with overly credulous townspeople and police.

The movie then hits a series of low points starting with a scene showing the killer to be a supernatural demon who can magically appear standing (with perfect balance) on top of a speeding police car. This completely ruined the film for me. It just made the film seem too fantasy-like and thus less much less scary.

Other elements such as a stereotypical physic and an incongruous scene featuring a crazy cat-collecting woman also detract from the movie

It is sad to see a movie that starts off with such potential fall flat.

Two stars.

Summary: Most hip, stylish, and original teen horror film in years!
Review: Finally - a teen horror film that actually looks creepy. It looks like the best teen horror film since THE FACULTY. JEEPERS CREEPERS is about a brother and a sister coming home from college. Along the road, they end up being chased by this strange creature who is out to get the brother. Although the two main actors in this film are hardly unknown (this must be their debut film), they are very good actors. The plot is pretty simple so the movie can actually have more time to scare you. JEEPERS CREEPERS looks really good and I can't wait to see it!

Summary: Jeepers Sleepers
Review: Okay, maybe watching the movie with a theatre full of jaded movie obsessed freaks ( myself included ) was a bad idea. However as fate would have it I found myself doing just that. Jeepers Creepers DOES possess a certain element of campiness which I haven't seen since oh, 'The Forsaken' It not only manages to match 'The Forsaken's' level of cheesiness and predictability but exceeds it. While Jeepers Creepers is not a BAD movie, neither is it good, and therefore I cannot fully endorse it.

The Good: It's not your average hack and slash thriller. Tons of gratuitious violence, a surprising lack of nudity, and a moderately intrigueing premise. I must also give the actors credit for not breaking down while the camera was rolling, at times it seemed like a game of trying to count how many times they could shout "hello, Is anyone there?" Some of the scenes are atmosphereic enough and I actually liked those few centering around the diner for both dialogue and characterization.

The Bad: What promises to be a somewhat interesting premise degenerates into typical banality. The direction was alright, however the key establishing shots managed to make everyone in the theatre burst into laughter rather than have the desired foreshadowing effect. Plot points remained unresolved, and those that were tied up did so unsatisfactorily.

In conclusion: A slightly above average campy horror film with lots of blood and gore to make all but the most jaded horror fans cringe. If that's your thing, you'll love it. If however you're more conservative in your tastes give it a miss.

Summary: Another side of the Rocky Horror Picture Show.
Review: Typical below average horror film about two people who are caught between escapeing from a monster or dealing with a mysterious man who might have commited a gruesome murder. Laughable script with dull acting and no where in the same class as the Hammer Horror movies in the 1960's that stared actors like Chistopher Lee and Peter Cushing, those at least had good acting and well written scripts.

Summary: Creepy
Review: Two home bound college students Trish and Darry are being chased down by a creepy monster. They come upon what looks like a man who is dragging something and dumping it down a tunnel. The idiots that they are stop and explore to find out what it was that the man dumped. It may sound kind of stupid at parts but it has a good story line and a lot of twists and turns. It just may be able to actually creep up the movie charts as another really good scary movie.I just saw this movie and hid my face in my hands through most of it. It was okay no that great something that was mediocre and pretty bland at times.

Summary: Pure terror, very good movie!
Review: I saw "Jeepers Creepers" at the Fantasy-Film-Fest in Hamburg and I must say that I couldn't have been more pleased by a movie of this kind - a very creepy monster-flick with extreme suspence!
