Review: I finally rented this video and it was one of the worst films I've seen in recent memory. I cannot believe the hype and positive reviews that it has received. The female lead over-acted throughout, she ruined it! She was answering or asking her next questions before the person answered. Ridiculous, boring, not worth the time or $4.19 that Blockbuster charged me.

Review: Although this fim is low in buget , it is high in ideas . The actors and directors have high potential and might even be world famous by the end of the year. This film is chilling , but I thought it would be scarier . It is very pychological and makes you wonder . It has a strange ending and you need to pay attention near the beggining to understand it . It's not your average horror film , it's better , it uses fresh ideas and hss alot of potential . It's certainly on of a kind , and any one trying to match it will have a hard job . I recomend you see it at the cinema and don't wait for the video .

Review: I'm sorry I fall in the category of "dont know what all the hype was about". I gave it two stars for its originality - but it was overrated. I didn't find it at all scary - in fact if you want to see something really scary, come clean my Refrigerator!

Summary: Scary? no way - maybe im missing something?
Review: Well i watched this film on DVD yesterday - it has only opened in the cinema over here this weekend (Ireland) so thankfully we have missed most of the hype. Well i must say i was dissapointed overall - it really didnt have any scary moments (i mean some episodes of buffy the vampire slayer has had scarier moments than BWP).However it is a well constructed film and the host of extras on the DVD make it worth the money.

Review: The Blair Witch Project is quit an accomplished movie.It is as scary as hell and spawns off worlds of imagineation.The whole movie is full of suspense and builds up to a terrifying and frightening ending.The only thing that made me give it 4 stars instead of 5 was the amount of vulgarity.Other than that I loved it.

Review: How naïve, narrow-minded, and may I say unimaginative your comment on the Blair Witch Project was. Perhaps you would rather have watched another soulless, cheap-shock gorefest that Hollywood is typical of churning out, than an original, chilling, inventive and very effective horror film? Just because the film's directors tried (and succeeded) to break the mould of modern horror and gave you something that left you shaking as you walked out, rather than relief at the common 'happy' ending, and didn't spend millions on special effects and gore, doesn't make it a poor film. Nor does it give you the right to scorn it. In fact, saying those things about the film leave you looking rather stupid and uninventive.
