Rating: Summary: THIS MOVIE RULES! Review: This is as good as horror films get! Stephen King's best seller novel is one of the best films I've seen in a LONG, long time. After watching Pennywise do its evil tricks and cause mayhem-the circus may be the last place you want to be...
Rating: Summary: Terrible Review: Although the book was the best I've ever read, and Stephen King did a stupendous job in both his character descriptions and plot, the movie was terrible. Not only has the movie eliminated important parts of the overall story, the acting outside of that done by Tim Curry is extremely poor. For example, the scene where Bill rushes off to get Eddie's inhaler as he fears that he might die, yet when he returns he is breathing comfortably. After this movie, Stephen King should no longer let his books be turned into movies.
Rating: Summary: Worst ending EVER Review: This movie had a lot working for it the first couple hours, but end of this movie made me sick. The ending was SOOOOoo incredibly stupid that it drops the movie from a 4star to a 1 star. Here's some advice for all you people out there who haven't seen it: Turn the movie off with like 10 minutes left, you won't know the ending, but once you know the ending, you'll be screaming at the TV like I was. What a waste of time.
Rating: Summary: ONE OF THE SCARIEST MOVIES I HAVE EVER SEEN Review: This is truely one of the scariest movies I have ever seen. Tim Curry gives an award winning performance in this Stephen King movie. This movie is about an evil force, (who takes the shape of a clown in this movie) and who terrorizes this town for decades as things seem to happen in this town nobody can explaine. The adults are totaly in denile about it, but these children know better and intend to fight this entity with all they've got. It is a truely masterpiece of Stephen Kings work, and is diffenately one of my favorite's thats he ever done. This movie is kind of long but is diffenately worth your time watching it. I would reccomend it to anyone who loves to watch a true horror film !!!
Rating: Summary: Terribly Horrifing Review: A Screaming Terror Of Hel
Rating: Summary: Good Stephen king horror movie Review: It is a great horror movie. But It drags some in the middle and sometimes gets boring but if you like horror see It.
Rating: Summary: THE GREATEST MOVIE EVER Review: I first saw this movie at my neighbours house, I was beyond scared. This movie was so masterful at giving the viewer fear. The video is an essential purchase for anyone who can appreciate good horror. The whole concept of child hood memories and the losers confronting their greatest fear is shear brilliance. Of course Tim Curry makes this movie, he is so earie and evil. It is pure evil, when Eddie is in the showers pennywise insults him by saying, "wont do you any good to run, girleyboy" Eddie quakes in fear as pennywise roars the most evil laugh I have ever seen. You are constantly made to feel so sorry for Eddie, when he gets on the train he sees his business and life being left behind, again you feel for him. The whole film is a masterpiece which sadley didnt do to well in the uk. The concept is group strength and courage to overcome anything. The barrens are earie and grim the whole of Derry is IT. Like so many Stephen King films this one stands alone as the scarriest most masterful film ever made. BUY THIS VIDEO NOW!!!!!!! DONT FORGET STANLEY KUBRICKS THE SHINING WHICH KICKS BUTT OVER THE NOVEL. AMAZON.COM RULES!!!!

Rating: Summary: Kiss your old fears away and have some new ones--a clown! Review: I first saw "IT" when I was nine years old. My best friend was having a sleep over with four girls sleeping over and the other five were going to walk home around eight o'clock. When I showed up with "IT" they stayed until nine o'clock and were too scared to walk back to their houses in the dark. As for me, I was afraid too, but when I turned twelve I saw the book and immediately bought "IT", read "IT", loved the book. I agree with many people that saw "IT" and have also read the book; the movie is BAD compared to the book, though the movie is good in a way because some parts of the book are hard to follow and the movie is easy to go with (with the exception of the cheesy spider at the end). One of my friends adores clowns and I can't sleep over at her house anymore because you can see dozens of clown faces in the darkness, dozens of glaring smiles and fluffy hair of red or orange... I CAN'T stay over there after reading and watching "IT"!
