Summary: The essence of this film is revealed in the finallee
Review: The film begins slowly but builds to a beautiful climax as we watch Moore ,who portays a woman of little or no faith, discover what faith really is about. I enjoyed how the biblical references were explained and used not to carry the story, but more as a guide for the story to follow. This is a story that will renew your faith in man if not God.

Summary: A Charismatic Role for Jurgen Prochnow
Review: THIS IS A GREAT MOVIE. DEMI MOORE SHOWS WHY SHE MAKES THE BIG BUCKS. SHE IS EXCELLENT IN THIS MOVIE. SHE PLAYS A PREGNANT WIFE WHO GETS WRAPPED UP IN SAVING THE WORLD FROM EVIL. THE KEY IS HER UNBORN CHILD. SHE HAS TO MAKE THE DECISION OF HER LIFE, THE LIFE OF HER UNBORN CHILD AND THE END OF THE WORLD.

IT HAS A GREAT CAST, DEMI MOORE AS ABBY, HER HUSBAND IS PLAYED BY MICHAEL BIEHN AND THE DRIFTER THAT STARTS THE WHOLE THING IS PLAYED BRILLANTLY BY JURGEN PROCHNOW. THE STORY, SPECIAL EFFECTS AND CAST ARE JUST EXCELLENT. IT IS A NEW TWIST ON THE CLASSIC FIGHT OF GOOD VERSUS EVIL, WITH A VERY SAD ENDING. GET THE TISSUES OUT FOR THE ENDING.

Summary: GRABS YOUR INTEREST AND DOESN'T LET GO
Review: THIS IS THE KIND OF MOVIE THAT CRITICS PAN AND VIEWERS LOVE. IT IS DARK AND MOODY WITH MOMENTS OF REAL ILLUMINATION...INCLUDING BIBLICAL FLASHBACKS. MICHAEL BIEHN IS ALWAYS GOOD AND DEMI REALLY TRIES... SHE MAY NOT BE OSCAR MATERIAL BUT SHE CERTAINLY TRIES.. IT MAY TAKE A AFEW VIEWINGS TO CATCH THE SYMBOLISM BUT IT'S WORTH IT. VERY GOOD INDEED!

Summary: CULT MOVIE
Review: This is the type of movie that 50- people will have seen 50+ times. It is much better than most other apocalypitc films except perhaps Child of Light, Child of Darkness as I think it was called. This completely self-countained and manages to condense all the 7 signs, while explaining it throughly (they explain what the silence in heaven means), very well written. But then after watching it, it is also just cheesy enough to make one quote the lines. This is why it is a cult film, and I've seen it several times.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: VERY SCARY!
Review: This movie scared me half to death! I would recommend this to people who enjoyed The Exorcist, The Omen, and Rosemary's Baby, and if you liked this I'd recommend the films I previously mentioned. This is a classic horror film that will scare and shoch you, but keep an open mind because the acting isn't the greatest, but it is decent. Definately one of the scariest movies ever made.
