Rating: Summary: enjoyable, but nothing new Review: A ho-hum vampire redemption/detective story [Angel, Forever Knight, etc.] Enjoyable, but there's nothing new here. Opening theme by Buck Tick, and closing theme by La'cryma Christi. Contains six episodes.
Rating: Summary: A Good Anime show. Review: A rather good anime. It lacks in some degrees but a great show. It takes place mostly in Tokyo but transfers to different parts of the world when it shows Shido's mysterious past. The Hero, Shido, is a half Vampire created and was once lovers to the first Vampire. Yayio, a NOS memeber, is Shido's partner, both in cases and in love, and is immune to a vampiric bite. She is the one that supplies Shido and Riho with blood. Shido's secertary, Riho, is a teenage girl who has a crush on "Mr. Shido". She was turned into a vampire by Shido when she choice to stay with Shido forever. And Gummi, a wise cracking demon, that is Shido's long time friend. Gummi has been with Shido since he wondered into London. She is loud and annouying but a good friend when it comes to loyalty. Then there is Cain, the first Vampire, he turned Shido into a vampire after making Shido drink Cain's blood. He is dark villian with an even dark past then Shido's. He thinks humans are cattle and he is the master of all of them.
Rating: Summary: Awesome show! Review: A very mysterious type of anime...Throughout the series the characters give clues revealing their pasts or secrets to let you try to solve it for yourself. The lead character, Shido, is a smooth vampire who seems to flirt a lot. His assistant, Yayoi sometimes seems more concentrated on her job than Shido, but he eventually pulls through. Riho, a young secretary who tries her best to help out without trying to get in the way, also has a secret crush on Shido. An all around great anime and must-see for vampire fans...
Rating: Summary: Anyone know what CD has the opening song on it? Review: Good show, GREAT opening song! I just love it! Does anyone know if there's a CD with that song on it? Or the name of it at least? I just have to have that song!

Rating: Summary: Shido Rocks! Review: I absolutely loved this anime, once my friend showed it to me I was instantly hooked and had to buy it for myself. Our hero is Shido, a puple haired vampire who has sworn never to hurt another human being again. Together with Guni, an urban faery, Riho, a schoolgirl that is in love with him, and Yayoi, a detective, Shido rids the world of Breeds while avoiding Cain, the vampire who stole Shido's memories because he 'loves' him. The 13 and up may be a bit too low for some of the themes and scenes in the show. This anime is perfect for those who love vampire stories and anime.
Rating: Summary: cool mix of horror and humor Review: I hesitated watching this for a while because the cover led me to believe it would be a distasteful extravaganza of blood-sucking and naked women. Instead, we get this slender and sleek vampire who is very nice and even quite sensitive. With all the makings of a film noir and a detective story, including jazzy background music, shadows, and that trenchcoat and scarf Shido wears every now and then, it's a lot of fun. The quirky humor provides comic relief and adds a nice twist. All of the characters are very likeable people. I also love the opening song to the episodes. I regret that they chose not to develop the storyline further and ended it. In addition, they could have come up with a better way for Shido to fight the night breed- I just didn't buy the weapons out of blood thing. Vampires wre well suited to run detective agencies- who'd ever suspect you roaming about in the nighttime? I recommend it unreservedly.

Rating: Summary: Well, start it up again!! Review: I thought that this series would go farther than it did, why did it stop? Now that Rorouni Kenshin has ended NightWalker should start up again. I found the drawing well done along with the dubbing. It should continue.
