Summary: It was a good movie!
Review: Even though there were new people doing the voices, they pretty much sounded the same. I've been wanting to see this movie ever since it came out! It's my favorite Scooby Doo movie!

Rating: 3 stars

Summary: Not quite the same ole Scooby Doo, and very scary!
Review: My 2+ year old daughter LOVES Scooby Doo (as do I; we have enjoyed several of the "Classics" also purchased from Amazon). However, we BOTH found *this* Scooby to be very scary ... PLUS the voices of most characters are *new*.. Shaggy just isn't the same without Casey Kasem at the helm. I say stick to the old Classics.

Summary: The best Scooby Doo yet!
Review: If you're a long time fan of Scooby Doo, like I am, you'll love Zombie Island. I haven't seen Scooby in about 15 years and we recently bought a couple tapes for our kids. The re-runs of the old shows are great, but Zombie Island is definately the best Scooby I have ever seen. Fun for the whole family and you can never watch it enough. And hey, did somebody say something about real ghosts? It's a sad day if you miss this one!

Summary: Scooby-Doo's Brand Noo (I mean, new!)
Review: I like "Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island" because of the fact that the group has split up and gone their seperate ways in the beginning. It's kinda neat that they took up where they left off. The film is pretty interesting with all the usual suspects, but with a twist plot. Even though the monsters may be real, there's still a mystery afoot. The only downside is that they don't have any "logical explanation" for anything, unlike the old Scooby-Doo episodes. I guess that making the monsters real allows the film to become more flexible. As for scariness, my brothers watch this film a LOT and they weren't scared one bit! Mind you, one of them is only FOUR!

P.S. For those who don't know it, Third Eye Blind sings the Scooby-Doo theme song in the opening! Look for their name in the credits!

Summary: Real Monsters - Bah!
Review: My kid loves Scooby Doo and found this too scary. I was taken a back to find that the monsters were real in this one since I thought that the point of the Scooby Doo series was that they always found a rational explanation for everything.

This one is going to be trashed at my house and replaced with some classic Scoobies before the series is ruined for my kids.

Summary: Quite good!
Review: My four year old got into watching the Scooby reruns and we saw the movie together. While he was slightly frightened at certain points in the movie, he was more upset during Toy Story 2.

It doesn't have a rating listed here, but I would think that in general, it would be appropriate for 5 years old children and up. I can definitely see why a 3 year old may be scared of it.

Summary: Very good; overall
Review: This is a surprisingly good movie, far much better than its earlier movies and shows. This starts off with the Scooby Doo gang, looking for a interesting article for Daphne's talk show and the story has much twists and turns and the story has a happy ending. But I wouldn't recommend this movie for children under seven to eight years old, this movie has very scary parts in it.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: One of the best!
Review: This movie is one of the best Scooby-Doo movies that I've seen. It had a perfect mix of old-classic Scooby as well as some new characteristics. I recomend this movie to every true Scooby-Doo fan!

Summary: TOO SCARY FOR CHILDREN
Review: My 3-year old son was so scared when he watched this video that I had to turn it off. He normally loves Scooby Doo, but when the zombies attacked AND FRED YANKED THE HEAD OFF A ZOMBIE, it was way too scary for him. This is not in the true tradition of Scooby Doo. Scooby and the gang unmasks villians and thieves, etc., but this and the other one, Witch's Ghost, did not depict people dressed up as bad guys, but true supernatural occurances. A friend's daughter also watched this and was scared.
