Rating: Summary: best acting duo since lemmon and mathau Review: There is actually a very entertaining performance given by Jennifer Love Hewitt's cleavage in this film, which steals the show totally away from Sarah Michelle Gellar's thighs, Ryan Phillippe's sensitivity, and Freddie Prinze Jr.'s hunkiness. The at times comically over-the-top pair of actors do a massive work-out throughout the film, being that they have to keep the audience from ever realizing how dull and unoriginal the movie is. The cleavage twosome do their job very well at times, although I think they've done better in lighter films like Heartbreakers. Still, their performance is proof that if you can distract the audience, they will walk away believing they actually saw a great movie.
Rating: Summary: Where Do I Go to Get My Two Hours Back? Review: Writer Kevin Williamson is undeniably a talented fellow. I was a devoted fan of Dawson's Creek for its first two+ seasons (i.e., until Williamson started farming out the writing), and I enjoyed Scream 2. But there is a dark side to Williamson, and I don't mean slasher stories. It's a greed that has him create a quality work, and then seek to maximize his salability by signing seemingly countless contracts for other projects, quality be damned. This movie, which was clearly written by Williamson thinking more about a sequel deal than the original, is a prime example of such greed and its consequences. In I Know ..., four friends seem to have accidentally killed a young stranger. Only he's still alive. So, they kill him for real. Except that he's not young, nor is he dead. Each member of the group starts getting anonymous notes saying, "I know what you did last summer," and is terrorized by a faceless individual in a fisherman's slicker with a huge fish hook, who ultimately begins killing them off, one by one. They determine that they are being punished for the killing the previous summer. Except that they didn't kill who they think they killed. And then it turns out that the man they "killed," was already dead. So, why would an already dead fisherman go get himself killed, and then exact vengeance for a non-existent crime? And why would he then kill people who had nothing to do with the original, non-existent crime? But trying to answer such questions will just give you migraines. The real crime is the way Williamson and director Jim Gillespie insult the viewer's intelligence. Although I Know ... is only 100 minutes long, I saw it on TV, which is why it cost me two hours of my life. I am writing this review, to save others from suffering my fate. Rating: Summary: My Favorite Horror Movie Review: IKWYDLS is my favorite horror movie. It has hot chicks Jennifer Love Hewitt and Sarah Michelle Gellar. And studs Freddie Prinze Jr. and Ryan Phillipe. I also like the fact that we get to see Ryan Phillippe's shower scene and his abs, muscles, and hot face. Freddie doesn't take his shirt off or strip down like in Summer Catch or Head Over Heels. And don't expect Jennifer or Sarah to expose anything. Ben Willis should go hook the bad guys, not these teens. Overall cool killer, interseting plot, good acting, and a bad open ended ending.
Rating: Summary: Screams Galore! Review: This is a really great movie if you're hunting for screams. The plot is sort of typical, but hey, it's a horror movie! It had some really good acting, and a cliffhanger ending that makes you hungry for the second one (which isn't as good, BTW) All in all, it's a very good horror flick that you should definantly consider at least renting to watch with some friends late in the night...MWAAA HAA HAAAA!!! (sorry bout the evil laughter) It's definantly not one to show younger kids, even though the gore isn't bad at all, but they say, uh, let's call it "firetruck" more times to count in this movie (one of the reasons it's rated R)

Rating: Summary: I Know What You Did Last Summer Review: This movie is very scary! Especially when the four teens hit the body and how that whole scene is played. The scariest scenes to me were when the fisherman was going after the teens and the kills them with the hook, and at the very end when the killer is finally revealed and he tries to kill them. If you like horror movies then I would definitely recommend this!
Rating: Summary: NOT SO GREAT Review: I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER IS NOT A GREAT MOVIE BUT IT'S NOT BAD EITHER I HAVE SEEN THIS MOVIE LIKE FIVE TIMES AND I LIKE IT I READ THE BOOK BY LOUIS DUNCAN IF YOU LIKED THE MOVIE YOU SHOULD READ THE BOOK
Rating: Summary: I know what you did last summer is a cool and scary movie Review: I know what you did last summer is a great movie. I was just 13 years old when I first saw it and it scared me ... I know is about four teenage kids who having a pre- college going party a beach. The four teens get druck and on the way home they hit a man with their car. Then they made the biggest mistake known to man:They thrown his body in the river. After that they vowed each other that they would never speak of it.Just until... A year later the four friends are reunited with each other after Julie (played by the hottest chick around Jennifer Love Hewitt)gets a threatning letter that says "I Know What You Did Last Summer". Then the four friends start getting stalked and later killed by a fisherman coat wearing serial killer who kills is victims with along sharp fish hook. I know What You Did Last Summer is based on a novel by Mystery novelist Lois Duncan. The acting in this movie was really good and I like Hewitts and Phillippe's acting the most. But the only thing I didn't like Was that phillippe's character was a total [bad guy] .There really wasn't much gore in this one,but I liked it. I saw the sequal I wasn't that impressed with it.
Rating: Summary: Summer of Hell! Review: This teen-campy thriller had enough terrors, chills, and laughs to suit any movie goer. It revolves around four teens who spend a romantic evening on the beach. While going back home one of the guys in the back of the car gets drunk and spills beer on the driver causing him to swerve and hit a man that was in the middle of the road. They start arguing about what to do with the body and in the end they decide to dump it into the ocean and never speak of the night again. A year later, after all departing seprate ways they all come back into town at the same time and start getting threats and notes saying that soembody was there that night last summer and knew what they did. This then spreads out into a tangled web of mystery and terror. The movie itself was OK, although I felt that this plot that they used was already wearing out. The fisherman villian I thought was just a remake of the bad guys in the excellent John Carpenter Movie "The Fog" minus the ghosts and fog. The acting seemed kinda stiff and repetitive, but in total I belive that this would be a wonderful movie to watch when your with a group of people.
