Rating: Summary: Top Horror! Don't Miss! Review: Four teenagers have overdrived a man. They don't want to ruin their futures, so they dump body in the water. They make a pact, they'll never talk about it again. But when Julie gets a note with text "I Know What You Did Last Summer", they have to face the fact. Someone saw them. Someone knows. And that someone wants to revenge. Bloody. This is the best horror movie since "A Nightmare on Elm Street" and this is even better than that! Everybody says that "Scream" is better than this, but I really don't think so. This is scary and exciting, "Scream" isn't. Jennifer Love Hewitt (Party of Five) is great actress and she is doing her job perfectly. So is Freddie Prinze JR. But the best actor is sincerely Ryan Philippe (Cruel Intentions) and beest actress is Sarah Michelle Gellar (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) I just love them! They are doing their job even more than perfectly. This movie is much better than Lois Duncan's "I Know What You Did Last Summer". When I first saw this I was like so afraid. You can't watch this without screaming! My friend who is fiveteen years old was watching this at movie theatre and at night she was too scared to sleep. I would rate this with 5 big stars. I wish that I could give it more. Because this movie is the best horror movie in this world. I love this. I have watched this so many times that I'm not afraid anymore when I watch this. But I'll bet that you're not going to sleep after watching this. And now I'm more serious than ever.
Rating: Summary: not scary but a good movie Review: I wouldn't catagorize this movie as scary but it was a good movie. It had good actors and they played their parts well, maybe that is why I liked it because I usually like movies like scream1,the sixth sense, and stir of echoes. So I actually give it 4 and 1/2 stars, maybe if it was a little scarier I would have given it 5.
Rating: Summary: Abominable. Review: Watching this movie you can feel your brain cells dying. This crass marketing ploy masquerading as a feature film deserves to be thrown atop the cinematic junk heap along with all the other idiotic teen "horror" films of the past few years. Nothing about this movie deserves anything even remotely deserving credit. No amount of "cutey-pie" star power, hip plotting, and cool songs can salvage what ultimately is a hollow, meaningless slur on the horror genre. Avoid at all costs!
Rating: Summary: How many more? Review: What is it with teenagers? They have their dreams stalked in NIGHTMARE ON ELM ST, they are brutally killed in FRIDAY THE 13TH and now a group of teens run over a psychotic killer. Whats wrong with old people, running over a killer? Just because it's glamouress to have fresh teens fall under the knife, does'nt always mean a realistic film, or good story. This film was okay but far too clich'e. Stalked by a recluse killer, hmmm we've never seen this before. I reckon the sequel to this was an improvement.
Rating: Summary: ADULTS STAY AWAY! Review: I'm a seventeen year old kid. And there is a reason that this is referred to as a teen flick. BECAUSE THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT IT IS! The only way you're going to enjoy this is if your a teen. I'm not saying all of us teenagers are dumb or something. But we don't look into the movie to try and find some depth in the movie. All teenagers care about and especially in this case is to see stars that we like such as Jennifer Love Hewwit and\or Sarah Michelle Gellar acting in a scene. And for the girls there's Freddie Prince jr. and that other guy...whatever his name is..that's not important. We just want to see people WE can relate to in a sitution that would have us asking "What would I do if that was me? " Nothing else matters really. A decent plot, familiar faces and, there you have it a HIT TEEN MOVIE. And everybody knows I'm right. For God's sake they made a sequel to MAKE EVEN MORE MONEY OFF OF THIS MOVIE! And of course because I'm a teen I LOVE THIS MOVIE! Adults go watch something more "mature" and stay away from OUR movies! Trust me in the end YOU'LL WISHED YOU LISTENED TO ME!
Rating: Summary: Not that great Review: I thought this movie was going to be a blast, but it was nothing but cheesy horror. These 4 teeenagers accidently hit a phyco killer on the road coming back from this homecoming queen thing. They dump the body in the water and try to cover it up and a year later they get notes saying soon, and i know what you did last summer. So he tracks them down 1 by 1.The movie is very predictable and the killer always walks after the people and manages to catch up with them and ofcourse nobody is in the streets at the time for god knows what reason! I would recomend something such as Scream which is a great horror movie.
Rating: Summary: It's a real cool movie Review: This movie is one the best movie and Jennifer love hewitt look so fine in this movie that i rate this 5 stars and sarah michell gellar looks so hot in this movie too so u must own this movie because it a good scary movie and it's real cool if u are really in to scary movies
Rating: Summary: this was a good movie Review: Since this movie was filmed in cosal North Carolina and I ive in coastal North Carolina the only reason I bought this movie was so I could see myself. I had a sene wit Sarah Michelle Gellar. But I didn't talk. But to my surprise this was one of the best movies I have ever seen. Kevin Williamson is a great writter and he did an excellent job here. Anyone who has not seen or bought this movie should.
Rating: Summary: The writter of scream couldn't clone his own creation Review: Four kids run down a pyschotic fisherman late one night and dump his body in the ocean to cover it up. A year later they each recieve death threats by someone claiming they know their secret. Then, one by one, they get hunted down and killed by a pyscho dressed in a floppy hat and trench coat who carries a hook. The story line to this movie showed very little effort to be a SCREAM clone, even though it was scripted by Kevin Williamson. Not nearly as scary as it should be.
Rating: Summary: Definitely not disappointing! Review: Jennifer Love Hewitt and Sarah Michelle started out with this majorly popular film - I think it has done really well! I love the story! Julie James (Love Hewitt), Helen Shivers (Sarah), Barry (Ryan Phillipe) and Ray (Freddie Prinze Jr.) all set out one night on the end of high-schools end they run over a serial killer by accident! And yet do they know, someone knows and know things go crazeeeee.........a great flick youll enjoy!
