Summary: Not the "Scream" ripoff I first thought it would be
Review: When this movie came out in theatres, I first thought it wouldbe another "Scream" and "I Know What You Did LastSummer" ripoff with a lot of gore and blood. But when it came out on DVD, I heard from others who saw the movie it wasn't. That's why I bought this movie and I'm glad I did!

This movie has a quite original story and there even are some scary scenes! Just like with "Scream" you are wondering who will be killed next and who the murderer is. I won't say who it is, because when you know that, this movie isn't that fun anymore.

Altough "Scream" and "I Know..." were a lot better, this is still a fun movie to watch with friends. If you like to guess who the killer is and don't mind some disturbing scenes, it is a must see! END

Summary: Freaky but cool
Review: THis movie is really freaky at times but has no trouble holding your attention. Your eyes get glued to the screen and it is very hard to figure out who the killer is. I would recommened this movie for people who are over the age of 10.

Summary: This movie's okay
Review: College folklore students are picked off by an urban legend serial killer matching the killing styles from the myths. Though this is just another SCREAM clone, it's a lot better than most with a great killer and a lot of cool cameos from CHUCKY, FREDDY, and MICHAEL MYER'S NIECE. And, unlike I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER, this one has some humor. Popcorn, Pepsi and Pizza.

Summary: Alicia Witt?
Review: First of all,the movie had a really really cool plot.A killer stalks teens at a local college and killd them based on urban legends.its CLASSIC!i loved the plot thats what drew me to the movie. But the acting in it wasnt so great.Alicia Witt shouldnt have been the heroine, she is teh WORST actress I have ever seen before. But on the other hand,Rebbecca Gayheart changed my mind. She was very good in this movie(as well as Jawbreaker)and she deserves to succeed. But in conclusion, this movie was retty scary!

Summary: Ripoff!
Review: I thought this movie would be awesome because I knew all those scary stories, and loved them. Unfortunately, Urban Legend's writer doesn't know the meaning of the word "originality." This movie copied off of Scream. At the frat party, the character, Parker, gets a call from the killer on the phone. Of course, the killer is using a voice changer, just like in Scream. Did the writer actually think people would find that scary or original? I think he was too wrapped up in being on the horror bandwagon that he failed to come up with something original.

Summary: First of all....I really liked it.
Review: First of all....I really liked it. Sure this film is just one more in the many fright flicks being produced today, but this one is based upon a very cool premise....Urban Legends. Whether you know it or not, you have all heard an urban legend, but you may have thought it to be real. Urban legends include the guy hiding in the backseat of a car ready to kill the driver, but a gas station attendant tries to alert the woman driver, but fails; the couple that parks and they boyfriend leaves the car for a moment only to be found later swinging from a tree limb above the car; that combining pop rocks and soda can cause you stomach to burst; or if you wake up in a tub of ice, you know your kidneys have been removed...those are all urban legends. This film takes a look at those and more but does it in a very creative way...a serial killer who bases the kills on urban legends. Has the director been successful at bringing these stories to life? Definitely yes. I found myself screaming out loud numerous times, but yet there are some comical overtones in the film also. The setting is a college campus that has a boarded up old building that is closed because of a terrible incident that took place there many years ago...no...it's not the "C" building. Bottom line: if you fear ending up in a tub of ice, then check out this film for an even better chilling time.

Summary: Quite scary!
Review: A killer is killing students on a college campus by copying urban legends.

If you know a lot about urban legends, this movie will get you re-familiarized with them. Unfortunately, if you are very familiar with urban legends, the outcome of each killing is sometimes predictable. A small role by Robert "Freddy Krueger" Englund, and some good acting by Alicia Witt and Rebecca Grayheart makes this a watchable movie.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Robert Englund shines through!
Review: What I liked about this SCREAM rip off (forgive me for saying) was that it featured Robert (FREDDY)Englund, Brad (Chucky) Douriff and 2 sexy babes, Tara Reid (return to salems lot) and Danielle Harris (Halloween 4-5)

This film had a clever twist like SCREAM and I KNOW WHAT YOU DID.. but it seems too close to the age of those films, like a copycat. Robert Englund makes a good if somewhat small part to this film.

Summary: Oh, Puh-leez
Review: Don't waste your time with this stupid little flick. The opening scene's five minutes featuring Brad Dourif is the only portion that qualifies as decent film making. This movie's so bad, Burt Reynolds collects royalties.

Summary: Get over it
Review: Get OVER IT ALREADY! No, not Urban Legend. Scream. You don't have to mention Scream in every single freaking review in here.

Great murders. Especially when the killer waves at Natalie from the radio studio, and Tash's murder. There are some pretty great thrill moments in this movie. I loved Rebecca Gayheart's psycho act at the end. Great job on that. Except she she didn't die. Really, she got: 1) shot in the arm 2) shot in the chest and fell out of a three story building and 3) fell off of a pretty dang tall bridge into the water. Why the heck didn't she die? Oh, and why do so many people have that parka? (how many people would realisticlly wear a thing like that anyway) Of course, what's-his-face, that cute cocky campus journalist played by Jared Leto, just got really irritating after about 20 seconds. Great job by Alicia Witt. But how come Natalie got her stomach split open and after 30 seconds was perfectly fine? It looked like a pretty deep gash to me. At least have her shirt soaked with blood or SOMETHING.
