Summary: Good creepy movie!
Review: The Craft was a great movie. The story goes four misfits (once together) gain a power to lift each other up with there finger tips, get back at people who have mocked them ect. Only once the "envoke" the spirt every gets out of control. Now Rachel wants out but the other three don't like that. Now Rachel must use her magic to save herself against darker magic. A great film, awsome special effects, NOT a Satan worshiping film but they don't worship Jesus ETHER- some wird spirt. A great film thats shows you not to mess around with witch craft! If you liked Carrie or Bram Stokers Dracula you most likly will like The Craft.

Review: Excellent laid out plot. Does away with some of the myths about wicca.

Summary: Scary, Creepy, Cool & Slick
Review: The Craft is one of the first movies that I got for my DVD collection, and even though i got the one with no special features, this movie was a special feature for me. This is a Cool and Slick movie. The 4 stars of this movie really gave it their all, with being wild, scary and sexy. The special effects are excellent! with a bit of humor on the side. This is one movie that will make you want to watch it over and over again!

Review: i feel that this movie show four friends interested in the
craft. as they continue practicing their magic a girl named

away with the power you have.

Summary: Good Except for the ending
Review: I thought this movie was surprisingly good it's all about the pressures that most teens go through. I also liked the moral of this movie which is, "don't mess around with stuff you don't know." (magic for example)the cast was great and the special effects were awesome although, i didn't like how it ended.
the tough chick who took no trash from anybody got the shaft.
it shouldn't have ended like that.

Summary: Excellent Entertainment!
Review: Great acting, wonderful plot, and excellent special effects. Four teen girls at a school get into witchcraft innocently enough before all goes astray. Suspensful and thrilling, wonderful for anyone who wants to get a chill. And note to all Wiccans: The girls in this movie never claimed to be Wiccans. Not all Witches are Wiccan. Television and movies are not supposed to be about real life. Just ask any doctor or nurse how "accurate" ER portrays them or a teacher how "realistically" Bostom Public portrays them. They will tell you it does not. Movies and television are not supposed to be about accuracy, but entertainment, and this movie certainly delivers.

Summary: Mr we are the weridos
Review: First off this movie isn't meant to be a true to life depiction of Witches. It is as real as Shanghi Noon is to the wild west. It is a fantsy movie nothing more and nothing less. If you go into it thinking that this is going to show alot about Wiccan beleifs then think again. It's a good story that uses the idea of four fantasy witches and events that shape their lives and the decisions that they make. It has a good tight story which makes a nice change. The acting is pretty good and has a nice soundtrack. All the right mix for a good film. The messege it sends isn't altogether a bad one. In the film it is what happens when anger and misuse of power can achieve. This film is well worth a watch.

Summary: Not bad
Review: I found this movie to be a very gripping one, with creepy and thrilling moments aplenty. I saw Fairuza Balk in *The Island Of Dr. Moreau* also. She seems to be very good at portraying women whose elevators don't go all the way to the penthouse. She's well cast as Nancy, a tragic figure who burns for success but self-destructs when she does get it, managing to infect her best friends with her insanity and dragging them into trouble. More significantly from my viewpoint, here is a non-stereotypical movie about Witches that, while sacrificing realism for entertainment value somewhat, doesn't once again lope around the already deeply rutted prejudicial track about Earth Religions: portraying paganism as Satanism, pagan deities as demons, and witches as essentially evil. This is one of the antiquated notions we as a society need to get rid of. The special effects do seem a little too gaudy and gratuitous at times. The four teen witches become too proficient in magick too quickly for real life and there's some other stuff (like hiding in mirrors) that violates reality. And where is the Goddess? But basically, Paganism is treated in a balanced, reasonable manner. Robin Tunney's good witch Sarah is the one who does well in the end--through her reliance on an essentially benign pagan god, and on her own sound sense of ethics.

Summary: Cool, but misleading
Review: I gave this movie three stars because even though it was really cool, it has given many people the wrong idea about Wicca/Witchcraft. I'm sure many Wiccans agree that this is a horrible movie to show your parents right after you've announced you're Wiccan. When I first saw it, i thought it was awesome and it sparked my interest in Wicca. But it give the impression that Wiccans use spells to get boyfriends, kill people, so on and so forth. (At least i hope Wiccans don't do that. I don't)

Summary: I THOUGHT IT WAS PRETTY DUMB..
Review: HERE YOU HAVE 4 HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS WHO PRACTICE WITCHCRAFT. SOUNDS GOOD, BUT THE MOVIE DOESN'T LIVE UP.

YOU HAVE 3 GIRLS WHO START THEIR OWN GROUP BUT THEY NEED A FOURTH GIRL TO BRING THEIR POWERS TO THEIR GREATEST. YOU KNOW, EARTH, FIRE, WATER AND AIR. THEY GET THE 4TH GIRL, AND THEN THEIRS LIKE A BIG POWER STRUGGLE BETWEEN HER AND THE "LEADER" OF THE GROUP. THE ENDING IS OKAY, AND THE POWER STRUGGLES BETWEEN THESE 2 GO FOR PRETTY GOOD SPECIAL EFFECTS. I THINK THE STORY SHOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. THESE FOUR GIRLS ARE EXCELLENT ACTRESSES THEY JUST NEEDED SOMETHING BETTER FOR THEM TO GIVE THEIR GREATEST.
