Summary: A fine, fine horror film. (*spoilers*)
Review: These people that complain about the downbeat ending seem to be missing the point. Folks, folks, folks, IT'S A HORROR MOVIE. See, no happy bubblegum endings. No pop-stars coming out to sing you to sleep. No "yaayyy, we won and the bad guy is toast!" Perhaps you'd be better off with Scream or I Know What You Did Last Summer or any other of those washed-out, watered-down teenie-bopper MTV slasher BORES, because, obviously, the good guys win. While you're at it, avoid Night of the Living Dead -- you probably won't like the ending to that much either. "Eewww, the ZOMBIES WIN? Aw, man, that makes me sad! And what's with all that black and white? They had color in the sixties, didn't they?" (*shudder*)

Summary: WARNING about the DVD itself (not the movie on it)!!!
Review: I have tried two different copies of this DVD, in 2 different DVD players (Apex & Pioneer) one of which is brand new with all the latest features and this DVD will NOT work in them. The "bonus material" side works fine. The movie itself will start up fine and display the main menu, let you choose widescreen/pan-and-scan, or languages etc. But once you get to where the movie itself should start playing it will lock up (ie: the counter stops going up and just sits there). You can go back to the menu and that will work the same as before, but trying again to play the movie has the same results. Tricks like hitting "next track" over and over again when loading the DVD don't work, putting any of my other DVDs in and then swapping this one doesn't work.
Both of my players are Region 1, not Region 0 or "region free". Since I had the same result with 2 different copies I assume there is a problem with the way the DVD is made or some other kind of overly paranoid region/copy protection.
I really want this movie (I like bad movies) so this has been a real disappointment.
So beware! If you have an Apex or Pioneer DVD player this may not work for you!

Summary: One of the 10 scariest movies EVERRRRRRRRRR~!!!
Review: THIS MOVIE, WHICH I SAW IN THE THEATRE, DID SCARE THE [STUFFING] OUT OF ME BECAUSE OF THE SCENES THAT HAD THE CAR CHASINGS AND THE DARK ATMOSPHERIC MOOD TO IT. I LIKE IT ALOT AND ITS THE PERFECT HORROR MOVIE, I WOULD RECOMEND IT TO PEOPLE WHO LIKED HALLOWEEN AND THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE SERIES.

Summary: Fun to Watch Horror Flick
Review: I have read some bad reviews of this movie. It is easy not to like if you pick it apart. I found the movie very fun to watch. It had a good simple monster movie feeling behind it. Of course it has been done before, what hasn't? If you like a good monster movie to set back eat some popcorn on a Friday night this is your movie. If you want something serious watch something else.

Summary: Again, why?
Review: I implore you to read and obey ALL of the previous reviewers who gave this wasted 90 minutes a poor review. It is truly that bad. Was Clive Barker paid for his shining endorsement on the cover? Not only will I never see another film by the makers of this one, I will avoid all of his from now on. This movie doesn't know if it's a sci-fi, a horror, a teen spook flick, Silence Of The Lambs, or Nightmare On Elm Street, and changes gears so many times throughout its duration that the viewer isn't quite sure either. Only because it is suggested so strongly as the film progresses, I got the impression that there was no working script but the director saying "Yea, now this would be cool for the next scene!" Absolutely no sense is made throughout the film, nor is there any explination for the vague plot or the characters involved. Where did this goblin come from and why does he do what he does? The only insight we get is from a phychic from out of nowhere who was seemingly thrown in to awkwardly mouth something the writer was too poor to do himself or forgot to. Regardless, this movie is 100% horrible. Be afraid, be very afraid. (PS..Eileen Brennan, what were you thinking?)

Summary: Jeepers Creepers how'd this get made?
Review: For a movie that starts out with an exciting car chase scene it certainly didn't develop. Without giving away the ending it's hard to write a review except to say there are too many open ended questions that go unanswered. The question of where the bad guy comes from is left completely unexplored. And more importantly who the psychic is and if "she is ever wrong in any of her predictions." The ending is forced and looks more like they realized they were running out of money for this production. In the end it's worth it for the beginning car chase but that is it. Turn it off after that or you'll want to charge the studio for your time. Jeepers Creepers guys how did you get a studio to fund this?

Summary: absolutely hilarious
Review: "dumb and dumber", "there's something about mary".... eat your hearts out! "jeepers" has your number. this is one of the funniest movies ever made, hands down. this has "scary movie" part 3 written all over it. the first thing that grabs you is the "B-movie" atmosphere which the director creates flawlessly which has you taking nothing seriously and expecting anything from a goofy one-liner with every conversation, to a poorly costumed monster-humanoid-thing to jump out of nowhere at every bush and at every silent pause. all the typicals are evident and plain as day and are exploited and made fun of in the most comical of ways. i swear, this movie will have you rolling on the floor laughing with tears gushing from your eyes. the part when the brother is sliding down.... wait... what?... what do you mean... NOT a comedy????.... you have to be kidding.... huh???.... A HORROR MOVIE????!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!! NOW THAT'S FUNNY!!!!!

Summary: Jeeper Creeper contains a dumber main character
Review: This movie is way dumber. In it it contains the most anbnoying guys and a girl too, that is annooying. Jeeper Creeper is the monster of it.(the movie) I think this movie was estremely boring to me and a extreme dissapointmen.t. The momster contained in this feature should listen to metal music, but he listens to old people music rather than metal music. It all starts when tha main guy gets scared of some rats and creepy things and falls in a tube. And plus Trouble!! but this tube leads to a place with containing dead peopl carcass. The main character's face/mouth are very stupid and dumb. His face contains many weird expressions and its is always the same. Expressiom. It is like watching sitCom because they say the jeeper creeper's name and he pops into the door in humorous fashion. I think on the back of movie carton they say it contains King Kong in it. But i Might be an mistaken, though. It hasn't King kong though. He is more popular! It is alright to watch when bored, but the creature sometimes sing in the movie. He lives in bassment containing many dead bodies. The movie is sort of frighten.ing, especially to my more small sister who even cried at the frightening themes the movie contains. Althuogh I give it bad review it is kind of good, but I thought also a werewolf should be there because of there was a full moon.

Summary: Great Scarey Movie
Review: This was a great scarey movie. It's obvious to me that the "kids" that don't like this movie were raised on the slasher movies since Friday the 13th.
I had a lot of fun watching this movie, it's a great idea and the monster is evil. The idea that a monster comes back every 23 years to feed for 23 days is cool.
If you want a good scare and a fun ride this is the movie for you.

Summary: WARNING: READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU BUY THIS
Review: Ok, when I saw the preview of this movie I thought that I had to see it right away but I never got the chance because so many people talked about how much they hated the movie, so I waited until it came out on dvd. to be honest with you, this could've been the scariest horror movie in a long long time...but...the ending ruined the entire experience for me. Horror movies are my favorite type of movies. The plot of this movie is two siblings(brother & sister) driving down this deserted road and then all of a sudden they are almost knocked off the road by the old torn up truck which is driven by the demon in the movie. The demon drives off and they later see him dumping what looks like a body down a pipe (sounds good right) so they decide to go back and check it out which bascially brings the demon/monster into their lives for the rest of the movie. As the movie goes on it starts getting weird in a bad way, like how you can tell the monster is nearby when you hear the song "jeepers creepers".... ok i can live with the song but why does the movie have to end abruptly, its like the director cut out like an entire hour of the movie. All i have to say is "what was accomplished, who won, and why?" The movie does have some gore so thats 1 star and another star for being a good movie at the beginning. A friend of mine rented the dvd version and I just had to see what the director had so say about the ending in the commentary, and he even had people at the screener that hated it and he even came up with a different storyboard but he kept the orginal ending. Well the dvd version is two sided with the movie and some special features on one side and most of the special features on the other side. So in conclusion......why?
