Summary: JP II 2 thumbs up
Review: This movie was good really funny. I actually thought it was more fun then the first the action was more intense. They really make Jeepers Creepers character work for his food. There was sometimes that I actually did jump but the movie I think had excitement, laughs, and intense fighting.

Summary: HILARIOUS!!
Review: If you want to be scared, this is the wrong movie. Of course, maybe you have the right movie. Two grown men in front of me jumped and gasped a few times. However, I couldn't do anything but laugh.
The bad acting, disgusting antics of the creeper, and over dramatization of everything make for a wonderful comedy. If you liked Killer Klowns from Outer Space, you'll probably like this.

Summary: Jeepers Creepers, How'd You Get Those Dollars
Review: We can make two positive assumptions about Victor Salva right out of the gates before starting the review: he is either the most charismatic man in the world, or has made so much money and has so many friends that people just let him do what he wants no matter what the cost. These are, for the most part, good qualities to have. As for his abilities as a director? He's probably the least creative one working in Hollywood. Jeepers Creepers, the first movie in the series, has the distinction of being the worst movie I have ever seen. And yes, I've seen Plan 9 From Outer Space. Both the original and this sequel, are amongst the worst movies ever made. Not once is the movie scary - the new one or the old one. Not once do we care for the characters. Whether they live or die is pretty much a question of how much longer do we have to sit and watch this thing. You'll want them to die, so the movie will be over. Gore fans, okay, there's at least one descent gore scene in the second one, but please, just go rent something. DO NO SEE THIS MOVIE! It gets no stars as far as I'm concerned.

The plot: a demon is resurrected every 23 years and gets to eat for 23 days. Its unstoppable and likes to hang out in corn fields and other abandoned areas. Its favorite foods are annoying teenagers with overwhelmingly under-developed characters. It can regrow the parts it eats, so if you cut off a leg, it'll just eat one and presto - new leg. Here's the challenge, come up with a better story using only a Magic Eight Ball and Hollywood will make it into a movie... woops, not enough weeks in a year to pay off that debt. To sum up: if you like movies that degrade all the stereotypes, make you hate movies, and make you wish you hadn't spent your money, you'll love Jeepers Creepers 2. Its the 'smash-the-box-office' of the summer.

Summary: Where Did You Get Those Peepers?
Review: It is true that we see a lot more of the Creeper (Bat-Boy) in this second installment of the guilty pleasure JEEPERS CREEPERS series. But I think the producers went way overboard, because now we see too too much of him using the human race as his private Las Vegas Buffet. But then I guess if I could only eat every 23 years for only 23 days, I'd be macking some grub big time. Unfortunately for us, our Creeper enjoys the delicious flavor and aroma of only us humans. In a we are the world gesture, the film makers have Creeper devouring every human around: black, white, young, old, nice, irritating, disgusting, near-sighted, far-sighted. This Creeper likes Us all.
Of the pretty much nameless cast, mostly twenty somethings playing teenagers, the inimitable Ray Wise, alias Laura Palmer's father in TWIN PEAKS, stands tall and makes a generally terrific impression. Wise, as Jack Taggart is majorly upset that his young son, all blond of hair and Tom Sawyerish of bearing, is the Creepers first victim this eating cycle and Jack wants revenge!
If you go to see JEEPEERS CREEPERS 2 thinking that you are going to calmly munch on your popcorn, watch young talented actors cavorting about reciting Marlowe or Shakespeare and think about what accessories you want on your new BMW...forget it. But if you're in the mood for something that is tongue-in-cheek funny, sinful as a bag of peanut butter pops and as easily digestible as bamboo stalks, this is the movie for you.

Summary: So much better second time around
Review: Like 99.9% of the Earth's population, I too think that the latter half of Jeepers Creepers was nowhere near as scary as the first. But this 'un maintains great suspense and excitement all the way through. Victor Salva's direction is kind of like M. Night Shyamalan gone nasty. This sequel is so much more of an in improvement over the original. Plus is has the benefit of being filmed in widescreen which captures the lonely rural landscape wonderfully.

Set a few days after the first, The Creeper (truly a great villain) is still out on his feeding frenzy and this time he's set his sights on a bus full of High School Basketball jocks and cheerleaders. The bulk of the movie takes place on their broken down bus and manages to provoke the maximum amount of tension from this situation as possible. Kind of like what Joel Schumacher did with Phone Booth. In an interesting side story, Ray Wise (who I will always remember as being one of the bad guys in Robocop) plays a farmer out for revenge on the creeper with a truckload of homemade weapons. He makes for a great hero and you'll definitely be rooting for him.

Also, The Creeper is so much cooler. The opening scene of him disguised as a scarecrow is wicked bad and gone are the ridiculous acrobatic stunts with him jumping over cars and stuff. Instead now the movie focuses on his impressive wingspan and flying skills. He also gets more screen time to show off his sinister personality, which can only be a good thing.

Freddy vs Jason deserved to be knocked off the No. 1 spot only by a good movie. And this is it. Jeepers Creepers 2 has great action scenes and a macabre sense of humor. You must go see.

Summary: Dull... Just Dull
Review: I love horror movies, I just do. But this movie... I do not love. I was bored for most of it, and I had gone in to the theatre with the lowest of expectations, and even those could not be filled. The characters are... well they are the farthest thing from characters ever. They are cardboard cutouts being moved across the screen by "actors". There are a few interesting "characters" but Salva never focuses on them. Instead he brings in issues like racism and homophobia... and doesn't do a thing with them. The action is... well there is a lot but I was still ready to doze off during most of it, and then Salva just abandons a good portion of the cast, never tells you if a good portion of them live or die, and then... the movie ends with the possibility of another sequal. Will I see the sequal... no.

Summary: Good, but not like the first
Review: This movie was actually, to my surprise, good. I mean, it's a little slow, but if you put that aside, it awesome. The only things wrong with this movie is that in the first one, you hardly see the creeper so the suspense was great, but in this one you actually see the creeper a little too much. Also, about an hour of the movie takes place on a bus. This is a good video, not a theatrical movie.

Summary: Not scarry but creepy enough
Review: I did not think the first one was scary I just thought it was gross especially the end where Dairy's body was hollowed out. That was the only thing that stuck with me except the funny scene where they were running over the creeper and backed and went forward over and over again.( I thought that was funny. I was not going to go see the sequel and could not believe they made a sequel actually.
But, when we saw the trailer of the cornfield and the cute little kid I had to see this movie. It was so much better than the first one. The special effects were still not the best and you could tell some scenes were hurried up. One really looks like it was added on in the last min (Dairy's dismembered head)I thought all in all it was a good teen horror flick.

Summary: Better than the first one
Review: Okay. So the characters in the movie committed almost all the fatal errors from horror films [with the exception of unlocking the front door then going to take a shower while there's a killer on the loose] It was still excellent.

While the first film's protagonists were a brother and sister, this one had a whole busload of them. You never quite knew who would be next, but you keep hoping.

No really big names, although the woman [whose name I don't know] who played an Alaskan State Trooper in Northern Exposure was the bus driver [for the first ten minutes anyway]

Don't want to give away any of the plot, but I will say that there was a man in his 20s sitting two seats over from me who screamed outloud when the Creeper snatched one of his victims.

Summary: Total and utter garbage!
Review: After really enjoying the first, I knew I had to see the 2nd. Picks up were the previous film left off, but this go around the creeper encounters poor dialogue, and stupid kids, and well, it becomes your typical horror sequel. This is funny. Not scary at all. The first one was scary, but this, well the only thing offers is answers to some questions but doesn't answer all of them, you know what that meens. That's right another sequel.
