Summary: Good Horror Flick!
Review: I enjoyed this movie, although I am not a horror fan.
The movie starts off with a young boy, a corn field and a scare crow that of course is none other then our "Jeepers Creepers!".
Dragging the boy through the field as he is screaming for his 'daddy' is enough to send chills through any persons body.
Just when Dad is about to reach him, Jeepers takes to the air
and the horrified father watches as his son is forever taken from him. Ah! Now there is reason for revenge.
We are then taken to a bus full of teenagers returning from a game, unfortunately the bus will never bring all of these teens home as Creeper disables it, kills all the adults, leaving the teens to fight for their own lifes, and chooses his next victims. One of the young girls on the bus has a supernatural dream and is told exactly what is happening, to the horror of the rest. Their only hope is the dad who is determined to stop the evil at all cost. Does he do it? Well, watch the movie and find out! I'll tell you this much, I am sure there will be
"Jeepers Creepers 3" in the near future!

Summary: Average mainstream horror
Review: After writer/director Victor Salva crafted a surprise hit with the original Jeepers Creepers, a sequel was naturally churned out. Salva returns as writer and director as we find the winged Creeper (Jonathan Breck) stalking a school bus of high school jocks whom he ultimately strands and begins to pick off. Jeepers Creepers 2 has a lot going for it, but it has many qualities and faults that make the film better and worse than it's 2001 predecessor. Ray Wise (who has been in everything from Robocop to Swamp Thing to Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me) is a highlight as a farmer who is hellbent for revenge on the Creeper, and his performance is a highlight. Jeepers Creepers 2 also has quite a few loose ends (setting up for another sequel), and the Creeper isn't as scary as he was in the original film (I had thought that this guy would be the next horror icon like Freddy Kruger or Michael Myers). All that aside, the film has it's share of gore and shocks, and rises above what it could have been. All in all, Jeepers Creepers 2 is a surprisingly solid mainstream horror effort, just like it's predecessor.

Summary: Pretty Good...
Review: Well...I have to say it took me a while to see this movie for the simple fact(s) that the 1st wasn't really that good and if the 1st wasn't that good, what would make the sequal better? Well I finally saw it and I have to say it's better than the origional but not by much....

We start out with an opening that is just eerie in itself, a boy putting up black scare-crows in a huge corn field. Turns out one of the scare-crows is the Creeper. It takes the boy, leaving behind a father and another son. Then we meet up with a bus full of football players and cheerleaders heading home from a big game. Fights echo from one end of the bus, rebound and strike the other end. None of it is really of any importance. Then the bus gets a flat tire and a home made throwing knife type thing is found and the bus is stranded and the adults are picked off first and we are left with a bus full over over acting teens and under acting teens and just falt out suck acting teens who want to stay on teh bus and think it's safe. Well people are getting killed and again more fights break out, verbal ones of course. And the people on the bus escape and go running through a corn field. What happens to them?? I dont know, does anyone? There are about 15 people running and at the end we only see 5 survivors...and only 2 or 3 of the 10 we actually see being killed. So this leaves open space for questions of what happened to the rest of the cast. Then more questions arise when similar events happen and 3 people are out running the Creeper in a truck and we only see 1 at the end...explanitions anyone???

With those minor faults, this is an exceptionaly good horror movie, much scarier than the origional and the look of the film was even better. Not really a grade A movie but a good one none the less. Umm I gave it 4 stars but in reality it only deserves 3 1/2 if that...still a good movie and highly reccommended by this reviewer.

Summary: Not As Good As The First....But Not Too Bad
Review: I really liked the first "Jeepers Creepers" (well, up until the brother-sister made their way into the police station..). I thought it was an original film with a very original "monster". And the ending was off the hook!!! I've heard alot of people moan and groan about the first JC but I think it's because they failed to realize that the movie was a sort of homage to 80's horror flicks. Moving on to "Jeepers 2"...

I think the "Creeper" lost the appeal he had in the first movie. The human-like qualities he displayed in the first film(whistling the eerie "Jeepers Creepers" tune while carrying a human head, driving that truck that was almost as scary as he was, tilting of his hat...) made him all the more creepier. In JC 2...well, he's just a giant bat.

The acting was pretty good by the whole cast and the movie did move along at a pretty steady pace. All in all, it's a movie worth watching if you don't mind spending the money to rent it and some might even want to add it to their dvd collection.

A decent movie but no way comparable to the first.

Summary: well...it wasn't awful, but...
Review: Shall I begin by saying how wonderful and interesting the first of the Jeepers Creepers movies was/is.... I really enjoyed the multitude of scenes and connections between the people in the first movie. This sequel does not meet the great technique of the first. Many times in the second movie there are scenes that take FAR too long and besides that...the VAST majority of the scenes take place in/around the school bus. How exciting is it to watch an entire movie at a stopped bus? At least in Speed there was some motion... Anyway, it's not a terrible movie, the ending was rather comedic...rent it first...then make your own decision:-)

Summary: A lesser effort
Review: The original Jeepers Creepers was surprisingly good, primarily for two reasons: It was centered on the brother-sister relationship between Darry and Trish (Justin Long, Gina Phillips), who had a great screen chemistry, and the Creeper had some panache and humor.

Both of those elements are missing from the sequel. Writer/director Victor Salva gives us too many important characters. The teenage characters are not exactly interchangeable, but there is not enough time for them to truly emerge as individuals.

The Creeper character is also disappointing. In the first film, when his true nature (is he an insane human being, or a supernatural creature?) was revealed only slowly, the Creeper was seen whistling a tune while going about his grisly work and jauntily adjusting the angle of his hat. In the sequel, perhaps because he's on the final night of his feeding cycle, he is humorless.

There is also no more information about the Creeper's origin or his essence. Like a force of nature, he just is.

On the positive side, Salva does some interesting things with the chaacters, especially as they realize that the Creeper has marked some of them for death and not others. Salva's innovative directing delivers several interesting and surprising shots. And there are a fair number of shocks and thrills.

Ultimately, it's a good sequel that could have been better.

Summary: Nice sequel.
Review: This movie is filled with lots of suspense and more footage of 'The Creeper' than the last Jeepers Creepers. It kept me interested all the way through. At the end, it left me wanting a third. This is definately worth a watch. If you don't buy movies, at least rent it. It wasn't scary to me, but very entertaining.

Summary: "Uses every cliché in the book"
Review: Today I thought I would go and rent "Jeepers creepers 2" because the first made me all the more curious. Based on the trailer this looked like a good movie but once again I'm wrong. Looks can be deceiving I guess. Right when Jeepers Creepers 2 began there was a cliché after cliché of scenes. I enjoyed the first Jeepers Creepers because there was conundrum and mystery of what was going on ,but in Jeepers Creepers 2 they explain the plot to death and they practically spoon feed you what's going on throughout the entire movie. The acting was horrible. There was no real talent to be found in this movie and the dialogue wasn't any better. The characters get very irritating after a while and become quite an annoyance. If you liked Jeepers creepers than you won't like Jeepers Creepers 2 and if you didn't you still won't. Many of the characters,Minxie in particular explain the plot of the movie to death, every 15 mins someone would be going on and on about how he only comes every 23 years and so on ,like we didn't figure that out the first 20 times they explained it?Anyways this movie is just plain ridiculous. If you want a good movie watch the first one. Don't bother to buy this piece of trash.

Summary: Jeepers Creepers 2? I want to go to sleep(er)!
Review: I saw the original "Jeepers Creepers" and thought it was a fun, original and somewhat exciting "sleeper" film. "Jeepers Creepers 2" though, does not fall in the same category. Filled with a bigger budget than the original, this movie is tired, boring, alot of bad acting and it's not even scary. This sequel has the "creeper" a unstoppable entity, which warms on human flesh, feasting on a busload of high school kids. Many fans of the original will probably be dissapointed to learn more about the creeper's origins and why it feeds. There's no information whatsoever except for the trailer's marquee label for the film: "it feeds for 23 days." The creeper is the star of the show and not the unscripted teenagers who seem to be stupid by yelling and screaming around like morons. I really hate the characters, there's no one to root for, except for the creeper. I became really bored by this film. There's no gore and no suspense at all. There are alot of anti-climaxes which features the teenage characters popping out of nowhere with no purpose at all. Just a junky, trashy film. Whatever u want to call it, horror fans skip this film entirely.
