Summary: The Best Friday
Review: This is without a doubt the best Friday movie in the long series. The funny actors such as the grave digger and Court give the movie a very high entertainment value. This movie closely beats out Part 3 as the best. I really didn't care too much for II because he was wearing that dumb trash bag, I mean pillow case, I mean potato sack, or whatever it was. But if you're going to buy one movie in this series it should be this one. Take my word on it....

Summary: Good Ol Jason
Review: This is film is a classic Jason movie. It is also filled with many humorous moments which make it fun too. The only quip I have about the film is the horrendous acting and the some ridiculous scenes. Case in point when Tommy runs into the police station right after Jason is ressurected the chief points a gun in his face just for walking in! Dumb but funny. Also the worst acting moment for me was the idiot who was driving that motorhome. His dialog was just incredibly stupid. Watch it for yourself you will know what I mean. I hope that a special edition DVD is released with the cut scenes replaced. You can definatley tell this film was chopped up(no pun) by the censors and I would like to see Jason in all his gory glory.

Summary: Friday the 13th: the legacy continues
Review: This is my favorite Friday the 13th flick. Jason looks really cool in this film. The beginning is great, but the end could be better. From a scale from 1 to 10, I give it a 6.5.

Summary: not THAT good
Review: O.K. this movie is not bad, but it wasn't nearly as good as I expected. My favorite Friday movie is the second part, where Jason appears for the first time with a trashbag ( sorry, maybe I mean something else, englisch isn't my mother language) instead of a hokey mask. However, this one just doesn't scare me. The killings seem kind of boring and lack effency. Jason brought back to life by Lightning striking on his Tombstone isn't my cup of tea either. REALLY scary scenes, like the last half hour in Part 2 I couldn't make out. Maybe I expected too much, but I found this one of the least decent parts of the series. Nevermind... if you are a fan of Jason, don't hesitate to rent it!

Summary: Jason's Back! And he's badder than ever!
Review: Friday the 13th Part VI, Jason Lives, is one of my favorites in the entire series. It's also the third of an unofficial trilogy in the Friday movies, which begins with Part 4, and continues in Part 5. C.J. Graham made a great Jason-zombie, though he's not quite Kane Hodder. Resurrected in the classic style Frankentstein, Jason is now after the now-grown boy who killed him in Part IV, and hacking his way through everyone in sight to acheive his goal. I did have a problem with the idea of Crystal Lake trying to forget about Jason by changing its name to Forest Green. This is laughable. No one would ever forget exactly where The Man Behind the Mask comes from, even if they changed the name to Kruegerville. This movie also has some great music by Alice Cooper, including "He's Back (The Man Behind The Mask)". However, I think they should have had the same actor who played Tommy Jarvis in part 5 back for this one, but it is still one of my favorites. In addition to some great gore, there's also great humor! And I'd like to know more about that Camp Blood card game the two counselors were talking about. It sounded like fun, but how do you play it?

Summary: Surprisingly good...
Review: I was sure that a sixth sequel would be terrible, involving the same plot as the previous ones. Actually, it did involve the basic plot as the others, but it was still good! Unlike the others, this one had characters that we could actually care about, that had a life, and weren't always having sex. Jason was a little creepier too. I guess after being buried for that long wouldn't make you look good either. Jason's return at the beginning is a wonderful scene; definitely the highlight of the film :)

Summary: THE #1 FRIDAY THE 13TH MOVIE EVER MADE
Review: This has to be the best Friday ever. I've been a fan of this movie since i was a little boy. I'm now 20. It has everything. Great characters, lots of gore, lots of humor, (this has to be one of the funniest one). The funniest scene would have to be the trailor scene. Watch it and you'll see =)~. My favorite lines of the movie are when the older camp counselor says "Whenever I get scared I say a prayer. And soon everything scarey goes away." Then she bites it the worst of any other character in the movie! My favorite character would have to be the beautiful, exotic, boy crazy Sissy. She is so cool! My favorite line of hers is when she says "They're doing my favorite sport. Boy scouting." There is a really hot guy in there too. I'm sure you'll agree =)

Summary: The best and scariest one ever!
Review: Out of the whole series, this one is the best.Jason is scarier than ever.Sneaking in the shadows, popping outta nowhere and hackin' and slashin' everyone in his sight. His costume rocked and was probably his coolest. They don't get creepier than this. This scared me to death when I first saw it.Oftentimes it still does. This has just about all the elements that made Halloween so scary.I don't know why,but it just scares me.I don't really see the humor in this one.The acting is great, the script above-average and the plot is probably the best of the series.Tom McLoughlin is right up there with John Carpenter and Wes Craven. The special F/X are excellent and probably the best of the series. The scene where the RV flipped over is incredible, and the end battle (Which I won't spoil for you) is too cool.CJ Graham is great as Jason and is second only to Kane Hodder. The atmosphere is very dark and creepy and Harry Manfredini's excellent music score is creepier than ever.Tons of scenes make this scary.Example- when Tommy digs up Jason and leaves the pole in his chest, lightning strikes outta nowhere.Tommy removes the pole from his chest, but then,in the blink of an eye,Jason jumps up and grabs him! We all jump at that scene. It's really awesome. This takes the cake as the prize of the series. My only gripes with the film are that there isn't much gore as we'd like and the film is much too short. But still, the film rocks. The best slasher film since Halloween.Buy this along with Part 4.The best chapters of the whole series.Jason lives! Rated R for gory violence and lotsa profanity. PS-Paramount,please release the uncut version!
