This session not only includes the best scariest parts of the films feature but excellent commentary from one of the horror genre icons, Robert Englund AKA Freddy Krueger.

Review: The Cliff Notes for the future and present Horror Fan alike. This is by far the best collection of the best sequences of 17 great horror films, though I must say I've never heard of the Dentist or the Guardian. Puppetmaster takes the cake, or should I say Blade cuts the cake, the DVD is totally worth it if not for this scene alone.

Review: Boogeymen is a regular Smorgasbord of some of my favorite horror films. I first saw this gem at my friend's house. This DVD is not just a collection of movies but more like an entertainment center for 17 killer horror films. There's commentary by Robert Englund trailers and even a game and trivia section. We found that we were actually stumped on the game section. Pretty cool disc though I had to go to a couple stores because they were already sold out. Good luck finding a copy and when you do FREAK OUT!

Review: This is it! Especially if you want to get scared quick. FlixMix takes segments from a collection of Horror films and gives you the Horror Express. I saw it in Wal-Mart and picked it up for [amt], I guess an impulse buy cause I don't even remember why I went there in the first place. I will say that I only have 4 DVD's and I've already watched this one four times. The Clips are definitely fun and I liked the movie facts and production notes. Like Hell Raiser cost less than 1 million to make. The film had to be cut by 20 seconds to get and "R" rating with some hammer blows and blood sucking removed. Over 500 gallons of fake blood was used in The Nightmare on Elm Street and Andrew Divoff who plays the Wishmaster speaks 9 different languages. Anyway you get the point; I guess you'll have to buy it to get more trivia info.

Summary: Get down and Boogeymen
Review: This DVD rules!!! I was cracking up, cause you realize how funny horror films can really be (with all due respect). There's over seventeen films featured on this release, pretty much all the ones you'd expect. Halloween, Phantasm (what's that lurch like guy doing for work now these days anyway), The Leprechaun, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (does he ever bend his knees), Candyman and of course The Nightmare on Elm Street. It's all-good and some of them are scary especially if you don't have most of them memorized like I do. I actually have most on VHS but Boogeymen is a cool reference to have for the collection.

Review: This DVD is something that will keep your girlfriend out of the TV room for 3 hours. Or you can do what I did, I watched a game on the sports channel and put Boogeymen on afterwards... she was out all night. I suppose you would call this a collection of horror film clips, though there was some other hip stuff on the disc like name that frame game. I guess I'm a bit rusty on my Horror knowledge cause I had about a 50/50 accuracy rate. They pool from the 17 movies featured on the disc and I haven't seen them all. Anyway my buddies and I give it two chainsaws up.

Review: This is one awesome DVD though I say it makes me want to see more, though I guess that's the point. The Boogeymen DVD has the best parts of seventeen Horror movies including: Hellraiser, The Nightmare on Elm Street, Scream, Leprechaun, Phantasm and twelve others. I actually wound up going back to the video store and rented two of the films featured on the DVD. One thing I thought was really cool though was the downloadable sound effects. If you're not planning on trick or treating Halloween this is definitely a good back up.

Review: As it say's on the inset this DVD truly is The Greatest Hits of Horror. 17 of your (my) favorites, and without all of the BS. They have the best part of each movie, the scary parts. I highly recommend viewing with a bowl of popcorn and the lights out. Just make sure your girlfriend isn't holding the bowl of popcorn or it will be all over the couch when she throws it in the air screaming like mine.

Review: I first found out about FLIX MIX Boogeymen when I received an email trailer from a friend and then checked out their site. I actually couldn't find a copy in the store so I ordered it through amazon.com. It was pretty cheap. Anyway, I wasn't sure what to expect when I first got it but was pleasantly surprised to find it was more than 3 hours of
Horror clips (17 movies in all) thrown together. There are some features of which Robert Englund's audio commentary was pretty cool. If you are a Horror fan and dig The Nightmare on Elm Street, Candyman, The Puppetmaster and Halloween you'll definitely dig the Boogeymen DVD.

Review: I've found that Boogeymen was more than a compilation as the cover suggests, it turned out to be more of a scrapbook of the 17 films featured on this disc. Boogeymen included - Production info, trailers, commentary, bio and history and even a game. A great DVD especially if you want to go beyond just the entertainment value.
