Summary: The Terrible Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
Review: Its such a shame. The original director. Denis Hoper. In a god awful movie. The original consisted of real horror compenents, this seems to have lost them all. There is no fear nor realism evident from the original here. The filmmaking is done from a compeltly different stand point and the documentry style is gone. So is the horror. This movie can actually make you dislike the original. Thats how bad it is. And thats a classic! This movie shouldn't even be viewed. And even if you do have a "thing" for the terrible film, the DVD transfer isn't so impressive. And it has a lackluster amount of special features. Mixing comedy with horror can be good. As with Evil dead 2 as a previous reviewer said. But the comedy should be in a black, mature sense and not a goofy teletubbie sense a shown here. I cannot say enough bad things about this film. Please do yourself a favor and buy the special edition dvd of the original soon to come out, and don't waste your money on this. The introduction to the orignal said, a tradegy. The second one is a catastrophe, in a literal sense. STAY AWAY.

Review: This movie was good but it could've been way scarier.The film follows an ex-Texas Ranger named Lefty(Dennis Hopper) who is still searching for the chainsaw wielding freaks who killed his brothers kids.After a radio DJ named Stretch(Caroline Williams)
catches the dreaded Sawyer Family slicing and dicing a couple of rich kids on tape she goes to Lefty and shows it to him.Lefty convinces her to play it on the radio.After Drayton Sawyer or The Cook hears it he sends his sons Leatherface & Chop-Top (played by the always hilarious Bill Moseley) go to catch her,she finds herself trapped in a nightmare.When Leatherface decides not to kill her and him and Chop-Top leave she gets in her jeep and follows them.Chaos erupts and horror is unleashed and that makes this film "Bloody" well done.And remember "Dog Will Hunt".

Review: I have read quiet a lot of negative reveiws about this movie lately, but that surely didn't stop ME from buying it for myself! I love the Texas Chainsaw series and this DVD was a perfect addition to the first TCM, it doesn't really have that much X-tras, but the movie displayed here will do more than make up for that! There were a lot pf scenes that were extremely funny, one I thought was kinda funny was the part where Leather-Face (Bill Johnson this time) meets Stretch (Caroline Williams): HE "MOLESTS" HER WITH HIS CHAINSAW! HA! HA! HA! Also there's that Chop Top character (the guy with the metal plate inside his skull), he made me laugh through the whole movie! And did I mention the hilarious Jim Seidow (the cook) is back? Dennis Hopper as Lt. Enright was great, too. I could go on but, I won't spoil anything for anyone who hasn't this breath-taking sequel (the ending scene is pretty d@mn hiliarious, too)!!!!

Review: I don't understand how people give this 5 stars. The 1st one was awesome, this one stinks. The 1st had a dark side horror to it and this one they were all wacky and tried to be funny. Leatherface was a scary character in the 1st and is a sensitive retard in the 2nd. I don't know what they were thinking. This is what happens when you make a sequel 13 years after the original. Man I hope House of 1000 Corpses 2 doesn't turn out this bad.

Review: Okay first of all this is a totally different flick then the original TCM. TCM 2 is a horror flick that doesn't take itself too seriously. There's only a few parts that are actually scary, most of the time the movie is just downright funny. It kind of reminded me of Jason X in that the whole movie is just one big parody. There is TONS of gore, way more then I've ever seen from a horror flick. The only part I didn't like in this movie was how Leaterface was acted. He was too wimpy. Overall though this movie is a classic. If you like horror that is also funny buy this movie.

Review: This film is the scariest and probably funniest films i've ever seen.Especially the charachter Chop Top.Who is a mad white guy (who's skin is whiter than Michael Jackson) who happens to have a metal plate on his head with skin peeling off showing the plate.But the movie has a heart.Leatherface happens to fall in love with a DJ named Stretch and decides not to kill her.But she follows them and ends up in the gore fest they call home.What is as equally funny as the Chop Top charachter is Gramps.Who they persuade to kill Stretch but can't manage to lift the hammer.I highly suggest you see this film.The only thing that could be better is the ending
