Summary: JUST AS GOOD AS THE FIRST
Review: this is an awesome movie. I liked it just as well as the first one. It has way more gore than the first one and is more funnier. This is a great one for all you horror/gore fans(like myself).

Summary: Nam Land!
Review: Unlike the first chainsaw massacre, this adds a bit of dark humor to it's horror atmosphere some of which is funny, and some thats not. Once again this Ed Gein inspired film features no onscreen dismemberment but the scenes that involve gore are well executed, and tastefully overdone, they more than make up for seeing someone sawed into pieces. The story is a bit lacking with this one (not helped by Dennis Hopper's unusualy lame preformance). Altough not the worst of these four films its not the best either, personaly i think it could have been alot better. I'd stick with the first film.

Summary: Great Romantic Movie for All
Review: Some couples have Titanic as their movie, not us. My boyfriend and I love this movie. It is our Titanic. We must watch it every time we get together. He did like the first as much as the second one. I personaly think the first is classic.

Summary: Incoming Mail!
Review: Well, it's just really funny. I can say this. Nothing like the first, which drew a lot of praise from afficionados who know great filmmaking when they see it. TCM II is great for other reasons: these murderers are so whacked you have to laugh and you have to ask, over and over, were they REALLY acting? How could anyone ACT this well?

Chop-top owns the film. His scenes ooze brilliance, though Drayton's march down victory lane at the beginning, when he proudly accepts first prize in the Texas Chili Championship, leaves you breathless: "I love this town, this town likes PRIME MEAT!!"

How is it that Chop-Top comes to own the film? Several vignettes from a key scene tell the tale:

--The crazies have infiltrated the radio station and the female DJ is nervous. What do they want? Chop-Top wants to buy some "radio ad time" and while he waits for her to give him the particulars, he uses a heated coat hanger to scrape off and eat pieces of the scalp-flesh that help camouflage his metal plate.

--Later in the scene, the crazies are getting down to business. Program Director LG finds himself on the receiving end of a cast iron shampoo administered by our beloved metalhead. As he delivers the goods with the ball peen hammer, Chop Top screams, "Incoming Mail!"

--Same scene, Leatherface and Chop-Top scuffle. Chop-Top's hairpiece is compromised. He turns to Leatherface and lets loose: "Leatherface, you BITCH, you burned my Sonny Bono wig-doooooo!"

I won't give the rest away. Buy this one and watch it repeatedly.

Summary: Fun, campy, gory
Review: This movie okay in the tradition of low budget sequels. In fact this movie was far from low budget. Actually i was impressed. This movie had great special effects for the low budget stop motion super eight era of the early eighty's. So if you want a fun movie that ages 10 to 22 will enjoy this gory scream/bloodfest is just the movie for you.

Summary: exciting adventure in horror
Review: This film was my favorite in the series. It leaves you really tense in some scenes. I think Caroline Williams did a great job in this film. I love her screams. I think she also played a good disc jockey in the film. Some parts could have been really done without. I didn't like how they portrayed letherface in this film. I mean they made him look like such a wuss that he wasen't very scary in this one.

Summary: What are you thinking Tobe????
Review: In case you don't know, I am the greatest Chainsaw fan, the first one that is. The sequel was so horrible I didn't finish it because it was so fake and just didn't feel real like the first one. Tobe, if your'e out there, you should have called it quits after your masterpiece.

Summary: If you blink, you may miss it!!!
Review: Had TCM2 been about thirty minutes longer, more detail, and a little more Hopper vs. Leatherface duel, it would be a four or five star flick. Not as scarry as the first, we know what to expect. Texas Chain Saw Massacre,(1), is by far better. My tape, from Amazon, is slightly, but no biggie, defected. The top half of the screen "warps". Oh Well!!!
