Summary: One of the worst...
Review: This has to be one of the worst friday the 13th movies ever made. It ranks as the 2nd worst on my list The worst being Jason goes to hell. The problems with this movie would have to be the lame story, the lame characters, too much female nudity(not enough male), and finally too much swearing. I wouldn't waste my time with this video unless you're a true Jason fan. And even then, you'll be disapointed.

Rating: 2 stars
Summary: 2 1/2, actually
Review: i gave it two and a half because it had some good scares.this one is NOT for jason fans.if your a friday the 13th fan,the only thing good about this movie is that it tells what happened to tommy, from the 4th friday the 13th

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Not as bad as people say
Review: Warning-some spoilers ahead.I originally sent in another review, but it didn't go through,so here's my other review, with a lot more information.First off,why do so many fans despise this? For some reason,I find it to be one the better ones.It has plenty of good features. It has the highest body count of the series, with a whopping 22! It's easily one of the goriest of the series, right up there with parts 1 and 4.Heads sliced with meat cleavers, road flares shoved into mouth and garden shears into eyes.A gore fans dream. And what about the unnesscessery nudity the series is infamous for? It's plentiful. For some reason, this is one of the most entertaining of the series, right up there with parts 4 and 6.Although the killer isn't Jason,he's pretty scary. The film is quite terrifying, especially the beginning. The film does have it's low points. The ending was a bit of letdown and felt like a Scooby-Doo episode.Oh well, the film's still pretty good.Overall,I think this is a great entry in the series and for some reason, one of the better ones. The twist it adds is pretty unique.Would've gotten five stars had the ending been better and the film longer.Say what you will, but I just love this. It's just plain great from begiining to middle to end.One last thing-this isn't the "Halloween III" of the F13th series like people say.Jason makes four cameo appearences,so he isn't completely absent.Rated R- contains gruesome violence, strong language, strong sexual content and some drug use.

Summary: Horrible
Review: This fifth installment is in the same vein as Halloween 3, they remove Jason completely and try to give us this mismatched tale of horror. From the confusing beginning, to the horrible acting, to the ludicrous killer, and the cookie-cutter ending this movie bores you in 3 different ways.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Good attempt at something new
Review: This movie had its ups and downs. It had a dark atmosphere to it and that made this movie seem a little scary, but added nothing really new to the series except for the fact that the killer wasnt actually jason. I give this film 3 stars because I think it was a good try at taking the series in a diffrent direction but they just didnt do it effectivly. Rated R for graphic violence, strong language, nudity

Rating: 2 stars
Summary: Yawn!
Review: Apart from the fact that the killer wasn't actually Jason, this film follows the same old routine as all the others. I know there are some people who actually like these movies, but this one is not for you. If you are not a fan of the series, then you should definitely avoid, along with all the others!

Summary: No Jason,No GOOD!
Review: Oh Come on what were the people smoking when they made this movie how could you make a Jason movie without Jason worst one since the first one like i said No Jason No Good watch part six thats the coolest but do yourself a favor forget this one.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: No Jason?No problem!
Review: I'll never understand why fans hate this so much. It'sreallycool. It's fairly scary even though Jason is more frightening.Butthe real good thing here is that this is one of the most graphic in the series. Overall,I think this is a great film with fair suspense, gore galore, lots of sex and some great humor. The film is very entertaining and adds a very unique twist to the series.I would"ve given it five stars had it been longer and the scares less predictable, but this film is just plain great from beginning to middle to end. Rent it for good thrills and entertainment and buy it if you love it and can"t get enough.Rated R-contains gruesome violence, strong sexual content, strong language and brief drug use.

Summary: Some new ideas, but the same old theme is present as ever.
Review: Tommy, who killed ice-hockey fan Jason Voorhees as a child, has been in a psychiatric institution ever since. Now eighteen, he is transfered to a halfway house, but still suffers from halucinations, nightmares and uncontrollable rage.

Though there is more of a story this time, the 'surprise ending' is given away far too early and the scenes of nudity are completely pointless. The opportunity of creating sympathetic characters and the reasons for their mental illness is totally wasted and all we're presented with is another load of dozy teenagers. But on the other hand, the dream/halucination sequences are refreshingly original, there are some interesting characters outside the halfway house, the camerawork is good and on a whole the film is certainly a lot more watchable than the tedious Parts 1 and 2.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: New beginning. Old story.
Review: I won't bore you with plot info, but I will say that this film lacks originality. In this 5th film, Jason is not Jason, it is someone imitating him. The ending is naff as well, but then I say that this is just a film and should not be taken seriously, as I find that in every sequel to FRIDAY THE 13TH, I just can't help laughing at the limp humour.
