Review: In my opinion Friday the 13th is filled with mindless gore and no plot except for killing teenagers who are having sex and shouldn't be. Don't even waste the time. Go see Halloween instead.The only reason I gave it one star is because I had to. It deserves none.

Review: What scared me the most about this movie was the stalking music. You remember sh,sh,sh,...ha,ha,ha. The film may be low-budget but it definately delivers it share of screams, gore, and horror. If you're in a video store one Saturday night and can't find anything...take home Friday the 13th Pt.1-2, Everyone needs a little JASON in their lives

Summary: It is the ultimate hatchet killing movies.
Review: I saw this movie when I was a kid and it scared the hell out of me. It is a damn good movie. Good screams and knives, hatchets, throats getting slit, stabbed, hammers in forheads, real genuine teenage horror screams. It was the beginning of the Jason Voorhees evolution. Part 2 picked up appropriately where the original left off. This movie spawned countless numbers of eightees horror films. It definately had its bloody impact. Its excellent. I just wish I could experience the nastalgia of seeing it again in the theatre. Age 26.

Review: Friday the 13th is great cause it is at a camp with no one else around but some teenagers just trying to have fun but then a Killer comes and kills them one by one.But i won't tell you how the Killer dies cause it is really good.Starring Kevin Bacon who dies in this movie.Sorry to tell you but Jason does'nt show up until the Friday the 13th Part 2.Don't you miss Friday the 13th because it is a really great movie to watch.

Review: Why FRIDAY THE 13TH was ever made is beyond me there's no plot which means basiclly no suspense, I can't believe people went to see this movie in the theatres at all. But I guess that's why we are tortured by it's endless sequels. All it is is lots of fake blood and guts yucko!!!. I would give it no stars if I had a choice.

Summary: Pretty good for a horror movie.
Review: The first time I saw this film, the first half and in fact most of the movie bored me to death (no pun intended). The killings were a definite highlight, however, gruesome enough to haunt you after you stopped watching. There wasn't a plot, though, and I thought it was a 3 star movie. Now, however, I have seen such bombs as "Friday the 13th part VIII" and "I know what you did last summer" and I have decided that Friday the 13th is one of the better horror movies around. Not that that's saying much but I enjoyed the gore. If you're offended by blood, don't rent it, but if you like horror films I doubt that is an issue. Pretty fun, although it's not exactly unbelievably scary.

Review: Not much of a plot, just the killer hacking and slashing his way through the dwindling camp counselor population. Fine makeup effects by master Tom Savini highlight this spatterfest that has fostered many imitations.

Review: Plot? What's that? In this genre, it doesn't matter, and anyone who rents this movie for its spectacular storyline is an idiot. Nonetheless, this is a wonderful movie, at times hilariously awful. Which, I guess, is what makes it so great. I love this movie, and it was pretty much the best in the series, even though I know that doesn't say a whole lot. Who cares. If you like movies you don't have to think about, rent or buy this, and enjoy. I sure did. END

Summary: Fairly original for a Halloween ripoff...
Review: This one manages to avoid the guy-in-a-mask-killing-policemen-and-teenagers format this time around by making the identity of the killer a mystery. The story is pretty well done for this type of low-budget horror flick, and Betsy Palmer's acting very frightening. The abundant gore was enough to ensure commercial success, but the story itself shouldn't be ignored. Try it, you'll like it! END

Review: It's about camp that got shut down because of 2 murders in 1957.every attempt to reopen it lead to bad luck.the next try to open it met with murder that spawned countless sequels!
