Review: This movie wasn't as good as everyone says it is. The action was phony, Snipes did a bad acting job, and there was more gore than I expected. I also found it hard to believe that a man could walk down the street in broad daylight with the handle of a sword sticking out the back of his coat without anyone noticing it.

Review: Wesley Snipes Stephen Dorff were born for this movie! Snipes is the perfect Blade, and Stephen! Talk about an evil mother...! And it had an original plot (cudos to the creators)! If you like solid action flicks, see this movie! I've made it a perminant and welcome addition to my video collection! If you really enjoy vampire films, you should also see John Carpenter's Vampires. Its much gorier, and a bit comical in some respects, but its still a solid movie!

Review: actor wesley snipes did an astonoshing job as the half human half vampire daywalker.if you like fight scenes and don't cringe at the sight of blood this is a great movie for you.for all you people that think this movie is disgusting what the heck do you think it was?a happy movie starring three innocent little kittens?it's a vampire movie!vampire movies are supposed to have blood!it's just how it works.

Summary: Excellent is an understatement
Review: This is one of the greatest movies I have ever seen, and that's saying a lot considering I have a collection of over 500. Generally I don't like gross, gory flicks, which I'd heard this was, but I was too fascinated by vampires to skip it, and it wasn't half as bad as people had said it was. I didn't have a problem with it at all. And the acting-- wow, what can I say??? Wesley Snipes was excellent as always, but Stephen Dorff just blew me away. He was absolutely PERFECT for the role of Deacon Frost. And the special effects were just magnificent. I would recommend this movie to anyone and everyone who would listen!

Review: I love this movie. I like vampire stories, I like action, and I liked the acting in this movie. The DVD itself has quality video and audio and the disc is loaded with extras. The audio commentary was very interesting, as were the other extras.
