Review: <sigh> you know... sometimes I wonder how films like this ever get made. I mean, I just could never understand how people can waste their time and money on a movie that SUCKS as much as this one did. Ok let me be fair here and say that I'm sure there are people out there who enjoyed this movie for some reason or another and have the same sense of humor as the writers of this movie (didn't) have. This movie was just so horrible I can't emphasize it enough. Even if I HAD to write a movie based on a similar storyline... I could have done a WAY better job and made the movie MUCH more interesting than it was. And I'm no director... so you don't have to take my word for it. But if you have some warped desire to see this movie because you don't trust my review... PLEASE do. And then come back on here and rate this movie like I did and say how much you hated it so that I can say... "I told you so!!!." Obviously though, there are people out there who liked this movie (hence the lack of my "helpful" votes for this review). I stand by my review that this is a B movie with little to offer an even half intelligent viewing audience! (oh great, there go my other "helpful" votes..)

Review: A scary movie that is loaded with stars!! Mario López, Gary Busey, Bo Hopkins, Rance Howard, Tracy Scoggins, Bill Erwin and David Naughton. A great movie to sit back and enjoy with some friends on a dark quiet night. The big stars and goofy Sheriff Deputy Stephen Saux push this film in the right direction...a classic!

Summary: I want my money and my time back!
Review: I only watched this movie for one reason; I'd heard Tracy Scoggins was in it. Sadly, she only appears for a few seconds, in the only role that isn't detestible. The plot is simplistic to the point of non-existance. The characters are miles beyond idiotic, to the point where you suspect the scriptwriters are. There isn't enough suspense or finesse to fill a teaspoon. The only appeal Busey's character holds in his brief appearance is to those who find the extremes of gross amusing--in short, adolescent mentality that laughs at anything disgusting and cruel that Hollywood's been shovelling their way for the past few years. Makes some of the bad B-movies of the 50's look positively sophisticated and artsy. If it was meant to be a vague Blair Witch rip-off, it has more in common with the story of Hansel and Gretel (except that was scarier). I wish they allowed "zero" stars in the Amazon.com ratings...

Review: If you like creepy, chilling movies that keep you on the edge of your seat then A CRACK IN THE FLOOR is for you. Great performances by Gary Busey, Mario Lopez, Bo Hopkins, and newcomer Stephen Saux. Saux steals the show as the small town deputy searching for the ever increasing number of missing persons. Directed wonderfully, but editing and music is less than disireable.

Review: If you like Texas Chainsaw Massacre or horror flicks of that genre, you're going to LOVE this! Very campy, little gore, but the characters are extremely memorable. Gary Busey makes an ever-lasting impression as the "chicken man", and you will never look at chicken wings in quite the same way. Be afraid, be very afraid of the chicken man!!! (He also has a thing for monkeys.) The ending is not predictable but a bit abrupt. I didn't hesitate to copy it for my friends! (I'm a very bad, bad chicken!) Good luck guessing who dies and who survives!

Summary: Pretty fun little horror flick.
Review: On the back it shows jack bussy with an axe. He is only in the movie for like 2 minutes. The story, plot, and acting is all pretty crappy. I suggest you rent evil dead 2, or wrong turn, Hell even Mary poppins, anything but this.
