Review: Come on, people! Giving this 1 star because 'it's not like the other ones?' You just seem to not understand that this is a parody! You heard me right, it's supposed to be funny! Leatherface has been converted to a cross-dresser due to humor, not because they wanted this movie to turn out exactly like the first! This is a very funny movie, with several scary segments. It is, however, a parody of the first, and you must be willing to accept humorous changes from the first if you are to enjoy the movie. Do not begin watching this expecting a remake, as several morons who have reviewed here have done. Expect to see a parody, something different. What would be the fun if they did a word-for-word remake?

Review: It's been a long time since I've watch a terrible movie like this. The actors are terrible, and Leatherface is ? . This movie cannot be related to any of the previous films. The story and the idea-yeah!, but not the characters and the action. This movie is psychological stupid, with no point at all. It's not a Chainsaw Massacre, it's a stupid Transvesite who thinks he's gonna scare people with an old chainsaw. And believe me, you don't get scared. STAY AWAY!

Review: This movie is absolutely incredible. The thing that sets it apart is the acting skills demonstrated by Matthew McConaughey and Renee Zellweger. It isn't your typical slasher movie either. There is hardly any blood. Instead the main focus is the feeling of helplessnees that you immediately share with Renees' character. Matthew McConaughey should have been recognized for his perfomance in this also. You really begin to forget that he is an actor. He could scare even the most seasoned horror buff. Worth every penny.

Review: this movie was the EXACT same thing as the first one! a couple more scares in this one though.this one should'nt have been a sequel.this one was much scarier than the first but it had the same plot and it was just like it! the same plot,some stupid girl getting pushed around by these stupid crazy people.but it was scary through the first hour and the very end but the last half hour was just weird.still,get this movie instead of the first one.

Summary: Schizophrenics could make up a more intelligible story.
Review: I liked the first three films, though the latter two never came close to the original. This one however has got to be one of the worst movies ever made, or at least a runner up.It has no real story to it, just a group of backwoods rednecks displaying their bad acting skills. What passes as the plot could have been written by the John Birch Society, only they are much more entertaining. Check out the first 3 and the Troma film, Mothers Day, but stay away from this one if you value your time and money.

Review: I first saw this movie because it had Matthew McConaughey in it. It was AWSOME! Mat gave not only the best performance of his carrere,he gave the second best performance as a villain in the ninties, second only to Anthony Hopkins as Hannibel Lector. It would be even better if the teenage victims could act worth a f**k. The killer family is hailarious and it has a great soundtrack. Ultimately, I LOVED this movie! Check it out if you liked "The House on Haunted Hill"(1999)

Summary: Leatherface's demise!
Review: Why oh why did they bother? This is perhaps one of the worst horror films(if you can call it horror) ever to disgrace my video collection. The first was brilliant, the second was good, the third was ok but this 4th installment is garbage. I am a big fan of horror but I failed to enjoy this film, a dull bland story, stupid acting and what happened to Leatherface? He was unthreatening and stupid. I hope there is a 5th film that tries to salvage what this rubbish destroyed of THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE.

Review: i have to give credit to this T.C.M, at least you could see what was going on in this movie. although that's the only thing this film had going for it! the acting just wasn't there, i mean i could shoot a home video with better acting then that! and the "stunts", where do i even begin? all i want to know is, why the hell are we suppose to believe that hitting a teenager three times with a stupid little twig- that didn't even have enough force to knock out a mouse- was suppose to knock the teenage chick out cold? i'd tell you to go out and rent the original if you're looking for a scare, but the truth is the first isn't any better!

Review: DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT buy this movie. If you are a movie buff like myself and enjoy good horror movies, pass this one up. The original Texas Chainsaw Massacre is one of my favorite movies and the next generation should not even carry it's name.... all they have in common is that it takes place in texas and there is a character called Leatherface in them. If you want to see a great horror movie buy the classic.. None better.
