Review: The book Cycle of the Werewolf was good enough. But the movie was just as good, if not better. I enjoyed Gary Busey's acting and the special effects. And best of all were the gore scenes! Definetly a worthwhile movie.

Review: Silver Bullet is one of best movies made from a short story from Stephen King. Most of the movies are not so good because the subject it outstretched to cover the full length of the movie. In this case it's a wonderfull story with strong performances from Corey Haim (Marty) (in 1985 when the film was released at the start of a tv carreer) and Gary Busy (his oncle)(he can play nice guys as well ! ). When something is killing people in a small town, Marty discovers what is going on, but who will believe him without proof? Tarker's Mill is haunted when the moon is full...

Summary: HEART-STOPPINGLY SCARY
Review: The film speeds along at a cracking pace, from the greusome start to the "I can't look, is IT in the house yet," end. This is complete cuddle up on the sofa and bring your cushion horror, with lots of humor too. Thoroughly recommended. Don't forgt your wolfsbane!

Summary: Another fun movie based on Stephen King's book !
Review: I didn't make a sound and didn't leave the sofa when I wached it. I'm a big Stephen King fan, so when I sall that on the "Silver Bullet" tape it said " Written by Stephen King" I took it. It was fun, exciting and a little scary ( it doesn't have to be too scary). I've seen the movie about ten times now, but I never read the book, I'm shure the book is fantastic. I'll now tell you a little bit about the movie. The movie is about a liittle handycapt boy on his automatic weal-chair wicth he named - "Silver bullet". He and his older sister oftenly argued, never got along just like all brothers and sister ( all thougth they all know that they still love each other). So in the town where that little boy and his family lived werewolfs hunted at nigth. They started to kill alot of people. And the cool part is when you'll find out who the werewolf is. Remember it's always you least expect ! The movie is good but the only thing I didn't like much is that the werewolf looked fake ( consigering that this movie was made in the early 80's) but the fun story of the movie makes up for that. Review: This is one of the few movies that is as good as the book. I bet the screenplay is actually longer than the book. It's pretty scary, the werewolf does look a little unreal but hey, the movie is like 15 years old. There are alot move vampire movies and book than there are about werewolves. Its good, its scary, watch it.

Review: This film is great! Good film to watch as a family -- just a few "bad words" but otherwise -- totally scary. Keeps you on the edge of your seat. Not as gruesome and gory as most of today's films, but shows you enough to keep your interest and still be a great film. Good at Halloween or any time. Gary Bussey is great.

Summary: VERY GOOD MOVIE,ONE OF KINGS BEST
Review: One of the best werewof movies ever,also one of Kings best(although,not his best,his best being Salem"s Lot.) This movie was recently on H.B.O and my wife and I watched every time it was on,the special effects were great and the story taken from his book "CYCLE OF THE WEREWOLF" was equally good. Take my advice if you want to spend some time watching a good movie,watch this one.

Review: This was a good movie & a solid werewolf movie it is my favorite Gary Busy movie. The effects were good the ending was great.I gave it 4 stars because only the "The Howlling" & An American Werewolf In London" get 5 stars for this kind of movie.

Review: If the director's intent was to frighten the audience, he came up short. The werewolf in this film looked like a skinny bear. Other than Evertt McGill's creepy performance and the well-orchestrated church metamorphosis scene, fans of monster movies could do much better as far as entertainment goes by renting "An American Werewolf in London" and horror by renting "The Howling."
