Review: I went into this movie without any expectations. I didn't read any reviews on it. I hadn't even seen a commercial for it. All I knew about it is that people said it was intelligent and scary. I can definitely verify that opinion. This movie is made for the type of movie-goer that gets mentally involved. If you enjoy action packed thrillers, but can't stand a slow-paced thoughtful movie, then this movie isn't for you (This is a mix of both). I recommend watching this movie when you're hungry and tired.

Review: You will love this movie! Everything scary about this movie hits you after you leave the theater/house. Nothing is shown, it is all left to the imagination (which is the best way to be scared)...try not to lose control of your bladder the first camping trip you take after seeing this movie!!!!!!

Review: wasn't this movie supposed scary? i was a little scared after the movie, but that quickly wore off. i was lead by all my friends and reviews to believe it was the scariest movie ever. there is no story behind the legend (except for scattered facts thrown into the movie) but it left me wanting to know more. if you want a real horror mockumentary, go see the last broadcast. another low budget, but much better carried out movie.

Review: Whomever has seen this movie and did not like it, I must say that you should not be allowed to criticize films. Never has a movie been made that has shown such intense, scary realism as this one did. The low quality of the movie makes it even that more realistic, and you will never find any actors that will be able to show such pure fear as these people. I left feeling deeply disturbed, which is the way one should always feel after a scary movie. This movie is one-of-a-kind, and should definately be seen by everyone!!!!

Summary: it was a pretty good movie.
Review: all the hype surrounding the movie made me want to see it. as i was watching the movie i was trying to figure out if the movie was based on actual events and i later realized that it wasnt.as the movie was coming to a close i felt my heart pounding not knowing what was to be found in the old house.the ending left me wondering what happened after the camera hit the ground. i saw the movie twice and both times i felt the same way even knowing what the outcome would be. a must see movie.i would have given it 5 stars but there was too much camera movement during crucial scenes.

Review: i loved the movie but i think the ending left alot to be desired. and the way heather was to sturbin to admit that they were lost, was clasic i thought only men did stuff like that. but all in all it was a great movie. It scared the crap out of me now everytime i here a noise whin i'm a sleep i jump up.

Review: I loved The Blair Witch Project just because it left you so much to the imagination. There wasn't the chopping off of heads...or the gushing of blood. You sit there scarred out of your seat just from the plain tension that builds. A great idea...and I thought, very well done. We need more indie films.

Review: To those of you who never seen it, SEE IT!The begining is sooooo boring. But after the first night, it gets intresting and more intresting. Sure,Its not gory. Okay,so it doesn't show knives gouging peoples bodies. That stuff is just pointless.But the blair Witch Project will send an electrifing bolt thorough your body. But I will tell you one thing, I never will going camping again.

Review: I walked into the movie after it was already showing...I thought it was a "for real" documentary of the students! I was so fightened throughout the entire movie. I had just drove through a scenic route for hikers just before going to the movie that evening! Boy! WAS I SCARED!
