Review: This movie is not for the simple minded, people who get motion sickness or people looking to see gore and blood. This is the best psychological thriller I have witnessed yet. This movie plays with your mind for days and nights afterwards. For weeks I was scared to death to go near the woods...I still don't go near them at night. The scariest thing is not a crazy maniac killer....but rather..the unknown. So be afraid....be very afraid...you just don't know whats out there.........................

Summary: NOT a cliche horror film.
Review: TBWP brings something to a movie tha most films don't - a certain sense of believability. We all know a guy with a hook or an axe who swings at someone ten times WON'T miss, but in the movies they do. What makes a horor film effective to me is believing for just a second, "Hey, this could really happen." Kids wander into wooded areas every single day. I've done it myself. And 99 out of 100 times, you're scared out of your mind. As hard as it was, I tried to make it a point not to pay attention to the hype, and go see this movie with a clear mind. I think it rocked.

Summary: proves how simple a great movie can be
Review: Ok, I never watched the movie in the theater. But when it came out on video, I gave it a shot. This has got to be the best "horror" film I have seen in a long time. The slashing/bloody/gore films have wore me down. This is all about the effect. This movie draws you in and puts you in a place that you are scared to be. The whole movie is pretty much based on what we don't know and that is what scares us the most. The originality of the movie is great. The marketing of the movie is great. The movie itself is great. You have to give credit to the actors, although the girl got a little annoying at times. This movie has been on my mind for two days and I still can't keep away from it. I highly recommend this movie. It leaves a lot of questions.

Review: As I am a lover of extreme thrills in many things, I thought (as the media projected it to be the world's scariest...) it would be great to watch it, but it was a total disappointment waiting till the end of the movie for a scary moment. NONE

Summary: I AM AMAZED!
Review: I heard about all the hype, heard about all the disappointed people, but I still went to see this movie. I came home really, really happy. The only people who didn't like this are the close-minded people that grew up and got desensitized watching Friday the 13th and Nightmare On Elm Street. This movie intelligently and creatively bundles together the great interactive and imaginative feel of "Psycho" with the morbidness of the nineties. I love it and think that five stars isn't enough.

Review: I went and watched the most talked about movie of the year... And I came out feeling disappointed... I got very frustrated listening to the 3 cast members argue for the last hour of the movie... The ending was very weak...
