Summary: another b movie classic from the 70's
Review: Great zombie flick and great 70's fashion. Children is a classic Drive -in movie horror flick.

Perfect for the cult movie collection!

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: A Fair Flick- Worth a Look!
Review: Pure 70's horror camp! Wonderful! If you are a fan of these type of films, this one is definitely your style. If you are a zombie fan, it is also worth a peek. I found the ending to be extremely creepy...

Summary: THE Greatest Zombie flick of all time (including "Titanic")
Review: Director/Writer/Actor Alan Ormsby went WAY over the top with this one. A group of Hippies goes to a loney island to perform a Satanic ritual and get MUCH, MUCH more than they barganed for. Great dialog, special effects (check out Alan's red, white, & blue pants), & acting. And all on a shoe-string budget. Also check out Alan's other masterpiece "Deathdream".

Summary: Zombie mania baby!
Review: What an awesome film! I am a horror freak and this is one of the best of them. It's not as campy as many think, due to its title and all, but actually is really scary and outright dirty! You can't ask for anything more from a horror movie but great effects, strange, orbital music, zombies and 70's cheese. Yes!

Summary: I finally found it!
Review: Yes CSPWDT is mine. It has been a long 7 years since I first seen this and let me tell ya this movie is awsome. When I first seen it I was about 7 and it scared the s**t outta me! I mean I could have sat through "The Blair Witch Project" and it wouldn't have scared me as much as this did.If you are a hardcore zombie fan and if you want to be scared out of your wits then "Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things" is for you.

Summary: Very Disturbing!
Review: It is hard to sum up why I find this movie amongst the most disturbing I have ever seen, especially since after showing it proudly to many friends, few graded it as high as myself. The elements that create the high level of horror I believe are found in the films twisted sountrack that, much like Texas Chainsaw Massacre, consist of odd overdubbings of human moans, maniacal laughter, and bizare electronic tweeks and shrills. In addition, the setting of a remote island feeds the plot of corpses of prisoners(those who were jailed for committing ungodly acts) summoned out of the ground by the "children"(the naive individuals who fail to respect the power of evil), seeking revenge for Orvilles defialment and ridicule. The 70's flashy attire mixes well with the turbulant blood red colors of each character as they fall prey to the pale rotting fleshtoned dead. Although the ending is "no suprise", as someone pointed out, they failed to recall the true ending as the credits appear. I would love to devulge!

Summary: Terry (Jane Daly) was MINE
Review: Growing up with Alan, I was in this movie and spent many hours in makeup with Alan doing his magic with grease paint and all. I got Terry in the end and loved every minute of it. Thanks Alan!! Ormsby and Clark are by far some of the best talent out there.

Summary: Its a comedy.
Review: This is another in a long line of "living dead" style films with a considerably lower budget than most. The "acting" is little better than that found in a high school play and it perfectly complements the total cheapness of the production. It is this very quality however, that qualifies the film for a five star rating. Combine the atrocious acting, "hip" early seventies clothing, ludicrous dialog, pathetic effects, cardboard sets, and you have one of the greatest comedies of our time. Children shouldn't play with dead things, but its fun when they play with movie cameras.

Summary: This movie is a definate classic horror film!!
Review: When I first saw this movie I was very impressed by how good they did with such a low budget. This is a wonderful twisted movie and I wish I could find a T-shirt.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Great twist for a zombie flick.
Review: A very few zombie movies go in this direction. Not so much gore, but the plot stays strong till the end.
