Summary: YES YES YES
Review: By far, the best gay film ever produced, but also will be well liked by straight peeps. It is a very funny movie, from beginning to end. From the first time Snipes puts on a pump till the last "Girlfriend" this movie is a non-stop laugh-fest. It had me rolling on the floor in tears. I would highly recommend this movie over Priscilla. That is a movie you do not need to see. But you have to see this movie.

Summary: Maltin, GET ANOTHER JOB.
Review: This will be short and sweet. This is one of the cutest movies going. It's taken me five long years to catch up and finally check it out. It's such a gem of a story and I laughed my head off through the whole thing. I'm so sick and tired of L. Maltin saying he hates most of the movies that the rest of the public love. Thank God I don't listen to CRITICS, if I did, I'd never see anything. This is SO SWEET. Cute, but I guess you can't be homophobic and appreciate the gem. These three men act more like "chicks" than any female I've known, including myself. Three drag queens, excellent acting, great and silly plot. Patrick Swaze, Wesley Snipes and John Leguizamo (sp) how they could do it, is beyond me. People in dire straits being helped by stranded Chi-Chi, Noxy and Vida; "women" who end up in a hick town of "red necks" and add much needed color and life to a dying town. I'm so glad I check out every one of the "editorial reviews" and every time ole Leonard hates it, I know I'll absolutely LOVE IT! Don't listen to him or anyone else who tells you it's no good. I don't know who he thinks he is......Look at the customer reviews AGAIN! (4 - 5 stars) we can't all be wrong and he be right, eh? He has no clue as to what's funny and light hearted. Get another job. I'm so upset I can't write anymore, nor do I need to.

Summary: A Great Movie
Review: Yes it may seem to sound stupid but its really funny!! I love it, my mother-in-law even liked it!!

Summary: Quite humorous!
Review: Just actually got done seeing it and thought it was quite cute. It's amazing to see what a touch of lipstick and some sexy underwear will to do actors Westley Snipes, Patrick Swayze, and John Lequizamo. Kudos to John Lequizamo, who made quite a convicing (and at sometimes, too convincing) Latina. :O) Also, I was supprised to see cameos with Stockard Channing (YAY!) and even more so, red-neck Tommy (AKA Michael Vartan--the oh so sexy teacher off of Never Been Kissed)! Overall, very humerous tale! GO SEE IT IF YOU HAVEN'T!

Summary: a silly movie........
Review: Okay.. when you look at the cover for this movie..you must be thinking "i would watch this because? "... And I thought that too when my two friends and I saw it at the video store... But it was there.. and we just HAD to watch it.. It looked so stupid lol.. And we watched it.. and for some reason.. We would laugh at everything... Maybe we were acting stupid.. but it was a fun experience.. and we STILL watch it ocasionally... because for some reason.. we can't stop laughing.. I think its one of those silly movies that you got to get a group of your close friends and watch it.. But I dont recommend it if you are searching for a serious, oscar worthy movie lol.. Just to make new memories... And after your done watching it.. you can think "WHAT DID I JUST WATCH? "

Summary: To "Good" To Wong Foo
Review: This was one of the most uplifting movies I've ever seen. After seeing the movie Seven, I went to see To Wong Foo and laugh from the beginning to the end. The outfits were just wonderful. I especially loved Patrick Swayze's clothes. John Leguziamo was just sassy as Miss Chi Chi. Wesley Snipps had it going on as Noxema Jackson. I've seen this movie so many times I can recite the whole script. Director Beeban Kidron did an excellent job. Stockard Channing's performance was excellent as Caroline. This is the perfect movie for depression. Im still hoping for a sequel. If it doesn't happen, I will never get tired of re-watching To Wong Foo Thanks for everything Julie Newmar.

Summary: Feels like butter!
Review: This movie is halarious! I recomend this movie to anyone that has a good sense of humor and wants to laugh. Its about three drag queens that are one their way to California. On their way they have a little car trouble. So, they settle down in a small town in which they change forever.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Good, fun movie - recommended
Review: Ignore Leonard Maltin! It's a fun movie without any pretension. I'd definitely recommend this movie to anyone looking for an entertaining coupla hours.

Great idea I'll never make a million dollars on: turn the movie into a Broadway musical, with big numbers like "How to be a drag queen" as Snipes & Swayze are instructing Leguizamo; "All I Have/Take Me Away" lament duo by Channing and the gay young man; "No Drag Too Good (to hide behind)" by the sheriff who's after them; "Paint the Town Red" when the town gets festooned for a drag party; "I love him/Forget him" Leguizamo/Snipes&Swayze triet about the handsome town boy; "How to (really) be a drag queen" (reprise) with Julie Newmar; etc, etc.

Send royalties to mainebear0@hotmail.com... thanks.

Summary: Lightweight and funny
Review: This movie has many moments in it that make it one to recommend, none more than Alice Drummond's reaction to Wesley Snipes (Noxema) touching her hand softly. She just needed a human connection. It will not change your life, but for what it is, this movie is worth your 90 minutes.
