Summary: Well designed for beginners
Review: Good for those who have not exercised in years and are very out of shape. Nicely filmed in inspirational settings. Good variety (Pilates, Balance Ball, Yoga) at a gentle pace. The Pilates workout does have a slightly more challenging option (you choose which person to follow). I give it three stars because it doesn't fit my needs. Someone else might well give it five stars. Know thyself.
