Review: This DVD is filled with YOGA workouts for all aspects of the body. I have never done YOGA before and was able to easily follow instruction and was well on my way to health and wellness. YOGA is a low impact excersize but you sweat as if it were high impact, and the relaxing meditation at the end of the workouts are refreshing.

Summary: A little hard to follow
Review: This DVD will definitely get your heart pumping, although I found it a little hard to follow. Many times, I couldn't do the dance-like moves, and resorted to just stepping up and down to the beat of the music.

Summary: Great Workout!
Review: This is a keeper! All 3 segments have different focal points, and all are very different workouts, so if you vary which you use, you won't get bored. Beginners can follow along pretty well if they watch the segment first, then listen carefully to the voice prompts. Keep in mind that you won't look like the instructors right away, it takes time to develop that level of fleibility! But in time and with repeated use of this DVD you will see improvements.

The Upper Body workout wasn't as strenuous as I thoght it would be, I guess I was expecting more pushups or something. But there was a lot of stretching and reaching which helped unlock my stiff muscles.

Overall, great DVD!
