Rating: Summary: Yawn... Is it over yet? Review: Boooring... slow... not the kind of workout that can get me motivated. The whole video was just bland... the clothes... the facial expressions... blaaah. I'm not saying the exercises don't work... I'm just saying it's hard to stay awake to finish the routine.

Rating: Summary: Good for all stages Review: I've taken yoga classes before, but I have to admit that I'm an extremely inflexible person. The great thing about this DVD is that, in addition to Louise Solomon doing the workout, there are three other women, one of whom is a beginner and is pointed out at the beginning of the session. So you can watch her if you're just getting started, or if you're inflexible or have a bad back. Otherwise, there are more advanced variations on the moves as well. Additionally, there is an advanced total body workout at the end that is still quite difficult for anyone in my household to do (yet).
The instructor has a soothing voice and explains how to position your body quite well and also tells you what each move does for your body, which is obviously one thing that you'd think you'd miss from doing a DVD at home and not taking a class. I found it quite easy to follow. It's also not too new-agey or anything, so if that tends to irritate you, this one probably won't.
Rating: Summary: Great for pregnant women! Review: It's slow indeed but it's yoga combined with Pilate moves. It has all the basics in it: pelvic tilt, legs and arms stretching, strengthening exercises for the lower back, hips and abdominal muscles. If you like aerobic workout, very active and dynamic this might not be your stile indeed. It's based more on concentration and controlled movements. I'd say give it a try, especially if you are preparing for a pregnancy or are already pregnant (low risk). Enjoy!
Rating: Summary: It's not bad. Review: Unlike one reviewer here, I do not need to be entertained every second of my life to gain something from an instructional video at the risk of *gasp* falling asleep. I will not deny that the action in this video is slow. Therefore, I do not recommend this video to anyone who is currently taking yoga. However, the teachings here are very good for someone who leads a very sedentary lifestyle and needs a wakeup call. They are also good to use as a morning stretch routine to get you going.
This video is not for pregnant women. There is a warning on the back of the cover saying this. They recommend it more for post natal women. I personally enjoyed the video. I think Louise Solomon has a good teaching style. She loves to talk alot :)
