Review: This dvd is great for women who are either new to working out or who hate traditional workout tapes. I fall into the latter. I use this tape daily and along with a sensible diet (low carbs, low fat), I've lost weight and I feel sexier everyday!

It's such a joy to watch Jeff as he is encouraging and so sexy himself! I get a big smile on my face whenever I pop this one into the dvd player. There are 4 volumns in this series. Included are workout volumns 1 and 2 which cover the basic striptease steps. The fantasy workout is my favorite and I love the routine. Jeff does a lot of practice with the routine so anyone is able to learn it and look like a stripper. The sexy abs tape is also excellent and Jeff really proves that in order to get that stripper stomach, you don't need to get on the floor! There is a cd included with the dvd and once you learn the steps, you have some excellent music to practice or develop your own routines. It's the best cd of sexy music that I've come across to date!

I highly recommend this dvd for ladies who want to look sexy, learn some basic stripper moves and lose some weight in a fun, sexy way! Get it and release that inner hottie in you!
