Summary: Fitness without the Glitz
Review: I enjoyed this workout mainly because of its "down to earth" style exercise program. There's no fancy backgrounds, overactive students or celebrity instructors. It's just a good, simple workout. I reccommend this title to anyone who is interested in a very low impact, beginners level "Tae Bo" style workout. Remember, this is more of a beginners exercise program.
