Summary: great for quick workouts!
Review: true, this workout is very low impact, and doesn't wear you out, but having a one year old running around, it's great on those days that i just can't get her to take a long enough nap for me to exercise. the workouts are divided up into pilates, and yoga, and really do give a good stretch, so you at least feel like you did do some exercise. not much good at hitting those target spots, but a good stretch!
