Summary: Please Be Quiet Denise!
Review: I have always found Denise Austin's voice to be irritating but I have endured it through her workouts because they are effective. She has a tendency in this workout, as always, to let her mouth keep running to fill the silence during poses; what a mistake. Half the time what she is saying doesn't even make sense and I find myself stopping to laugh. She looks great though, whatever she is doing works for her!

Review: I have done about every tape you can imagine and i love this one. Its great for a day when you are stressed out or you just dont feel like exercising. I always feel more energized and calm when I am done.

Summary: Well worth every penny!
Review: I purchased Denise Austin's Pilates DVD a few months ago, and I enjoyed it so much I decided to get Power Yoga Plus. Power Yoga Plus is a wonderful compliment to the Pilates DVD because there are more yoga moves in the first session, the second session's Pilates are more challenging, and there are bonus features that the Pilates DVD does not have. There is no redundancy between the two DVDs.

The music in Power Yoga Plus is very energizing. I think this would be a great morning work out... the set is a beautiful mix of oranges, reds and purples; very similar to a sunrise. As usual, Denise's voice is both soothing and motivating. I also enjoyed the addition of an arm workout with handweights to this DVD. The Pilates DVD incorporates a leg and buttocks workout. So, alternating the two DVDs is an excellent way to work the entire body.

Summary: Excellent video!
Review: I purchased this because I liked the Pilates tape so much and this one is now the only one I do. I enjoy doing it right before bed at night and I alternate the two workouts. I have a bad back so I love the extra stretch that the first workout provides and the ab exercises in the second workout. I exercise with one or both of Denise's shows each morning and do either the yoga or pilates workout every night before bed. I have 3 little kids so I love to do these at night when I can be alone and wind down and relax.

To contradict some of the other reviews, I happen to be in excellent shape already and I have had a lot of experience with yoga. I find that no matter how often I do yoga or pilates, I can always modify the workout to meet my needs, whether I want my workout more challenging or less. That's the beauty of pilates and yoga. Anybody can do it and make it as hard or as easy as they'd like.

I'd highly recommend this video to anybody looking for a yoga/pilates workout. It's a great supplement to any fitness routine.

Summary: Power Yoga Plus-Denise Austin
Review: I purchased this video a year ago, and I find it easy to follow, she gives complete instructions, she is positive and keeps the movements flowing. She also keeps the viewer motivated. Because it is easy to follow, I find myself doing this video more often than others. Thumbs up!

Summary: Great short workout
Review: I really like this DVD for when I'm limited on time. It's broken into two 20 minute segments. 20 minutes of Yoga and 20 minutes of Pilates. Routines are done quickly and not much repitition. I find that after the pilates segment I am sore the next day. Overall a great workout when you need something quick.

Summary: Good exercises, not long enough
Review: I really liked the exercises that were introduced in this video. It is split into 20 minutes of yoga and 20 minutes of pilates. The yoga is pretty basic but the pilates workout is fairly challenging and seems more effective. The workouts are a little short but you can repeat parts of the workout you like because it is a DVD. All together it is a very good buy. The short (roughly 7 minute) section of pilates focusing on the abs is very good.

Summary: A great workout
Review: I recently received this DVD as a gift and am really enjoying it. The poses are fairly basic, but can be made easier or more difficult by modifying. Denise is chatty, and other reviewers have complained about that, but I find that her constant reminders to stand up straight or hold in your abs makes me more aware of what I'm doing and improves my workout. I have a hip injury I've been working on, and the stretches and hip exercises in both programs have helped a lot. All in all, I'd recommend it to just about anyone.
