Summary: Good, but not of of Kathy's best
Review: I could not get into the music on this tape at all. Very quite when she talked/instructed, which was all the time, then it got a little louder inbetween. The music was just bad, when you could hear it. I also didn't care for the "living room theme" since I workout at home, I'd rather see something else like outdoors, a nice back-drop, or even a gym setting. Yet, if you aren't bothered by what I've said, you can get in a decent workout. I had to do the higher impact to get a good workout, which hurt my feet, but that may not be the case for everyone.

Summary: Buy this video, get 20 years free!
Review: Honestly, using this video for the last 6 weeks has made me feel 23, not 43! This is the perfect exercise tape--it has everything, cardio & great lower leg toning and it's easy for me, certified klutz, to follow. The 2-minute bursts seem like nothing at all and I can't believe how great my legs look. I find myself humming the music when I get up in the morning and can't wait to start this tape!

Summary: My favourite exercise video!
Review: I HATE doing cardio work and usually do all I can to avoid it. But this 40-minute workout makes it do-able and (almost) fun.

The varied and fun intervals break up the monotony and make the time pass quickly. They are timed, so you always know that the blessed end of the hard part is coming! The lower-body strength training in between is quite effective and thorough, definitely not just filler. Kathy Smith has the perfect amount of enthusiasm, and gives clear instructions. There are some modifiers provided, and I like that it really does cover a wide range of intensities.

My favourite thing about this video is that no equipment is needed. No need to drag out a chair, a mat (unless you want it for the stretches at the end), weights, bands, balls, or most annoyingly, that step with it's little heightening platforms. Just put on workout clothes, pop in the video and you're set.

Summary: Great Video, Great Workout
Review: I bought this video upon beginning a diet contest with a friend. Due to a heart condition I can't do intense high impact aerobics. With the modifiers offered in this video and short aerobic intervals I found Kathy Smiths Functionally Fit video a perfect fit. Not only did I lost 10 lbs, but I went from a size 10 to a size 6 in only 8 weeks. My cardiologist is thrilled and so am I.

Summary: This is a fun aerobic video!
Review: I am brand new to aerobics (2 months) and what strikes me about this tape is how fast the time goes and how much fun it is. The entire workout lasts 40 minutes with your warmup/stretch and then 6-2 minute high impact aerobic intervals followed by a couple minutes of active recovery time where you are doing squates, plies, and lunges. Then you have your stretching at the end. There isn't any wasted time on this tape. Kathy is one of my favorite instructors, and she didn't disappoint me with this video. I hope she comes out with another one just like it. Out of my collection of 20 videos, I'd have to say this is my favorite.

Summary: A Tiring Workout
Review: I love this tape! The two minute bursts got my heartrate up (and I run 2 miles three times a week) while the squats and lunges done during the recovery time really worked my buns and thighs. This tape can be used by all levels because different models demonstrate beginner, intermediate, and advanced variations. Kathy cues well and this tape was easy to follow.

Review: The workout is fairly tough. Lots of squats, and 4 -5 windsprints. I believe it delivers what it promises. I just wish they would have a brief heart-rate count.

Summary: Cellulite Buster!!!
Review: Ladies,

If you have cellulite and want to get rid of it, try this video!! It will bust the cellulite from your legs and buttocks. Kathy has managed to create a workout that will perfectly fit into your every day schedule because it's not too long in duration.

This video is easy to follow and the routine targets those hard-to-reach muscles. The movements are fun and invigorating rather than too rigorous. This is not a killer work out and is probably more effective since I've did many a killer workouts in my past.

I highly recommend this video by Kathy Smith because I always get excited about doing it again and again and again ....

Summary: Great way to start your day
Review: This is a fun video.The instructions are clear and the cueing is good. The intervals help make the time pass quickly. I usually stop the tape and incorporate ab work and then complete with the video's cool down. I also add more stretching in the end. Have fun.
