Summary: good basic workout
Review: i found this video to be interesting and fun as well as a good basic workout. i've done this video religiously for two years and am in great shape. however, a few of the excercises have become too easy and now i dont always have an hour to dedicate to working out so i tend to focus on the legs and abs, which i have found to be the most rewarding. the first time you do this video i guarantee you will be sore the next day. but they do a good job explaining each manuever, and cindy is an inspiration. a good buy for anyone wishing to tone and lose some extra inches.

Summary: Love this!
Review: This video is great. She never repeats her moves - each one has a count of ten. It has good music and is hard. She gets to all muscle groups and has a minimum of high impact jumping around. It creates a great sweat and I never do it without being sore and tired afterward. :) I LOVE this video!

Summary: Perfect workout
Review: This is the only complete fitness tape that focuses on each muscle group - it is an excellent leg, abs, and upper body workout.
You really feel your body participating. The fast pace provides both a good cardio and a weight training session. It was interesting to diversify well know routines with exotic Asian style kicks. Although you might not see results on the scales the first few weeks, your muscles definitely get toned and you feel more energized. If you do the tapes about 3 times a week for at least a month, I can guarantee you a decrease in your body size. I wish she releases it on a DVD so one can select workout sections and use it also as a target workout.

Summary: A workout video for the uncoordinated!
Review: Cindy Crawford takes you through a safe and effective workout, without all the false encouragement and fake personality. I don't know about you, but the last thing I want to see when I wake up at 5:30 every morning is some bubbly person chanting, "You can do it! Look at you, you're burning fat!" Just let me exercise!
It's just Cindy exercising, and the camera focuses at her from different angles so that you don't get lost in the crowd. The music is great, (not the workout elevator music), and the exercises are easy to follow. My friend has stuck to this video for over a year and she looks amazing. I have been working out with it for a week, and I already feel and see a difference. Definitely worth every penny!

Summary: worth buying twice!
Review: Well I'm back and writing another reveiew for Cindy's other workout tape. I've been doing Cindy's "A New Deminsion" for the past four months after having a baby and decided it was time for a more challenging tape..."The Next Challenge". Back when this tape was first released, I had worked out with it and remembered it was a great tape. From all the moving around in my college years somehow my favorite tape got lost.... I decided I enjoyed her tape so much I wanted another one. Yesterday was the first time I did the workout in years...and my body sure does hurt! This tape will not bore you, but challenge your body and mind. Cindy is such a beautiful person and doesn't have an emaciated body as other models do. I especially love the different sceneries and MTV syle of video; it keeps you interested. And if you like variety in a workout, this is for you. I am looking foward to my next workout and seeing some tone in my body...I know I will from having been sore today and sweating as much as I did when I was working out!

Summary: Old, but good
Review: I tried this video after making fun of my friend who is addicted to it. Surprisingly, I found it to be very effective. I did it all the way through and was thoroughly sore the entire next day. I really appreciate all the breaks that she gives and I really feel as though it is working. A very good find!

Summary: Worth buying three times
Review: I taped over the first one accidentally, lost the second, and had to buy this one a third time. It is worth that! It is so tough. It will give you a satisfying full body workout that will leave you feeling like you have accomplished something. This is the best total body workout video I have found.

Summary: Great and fun workout
Review: This workout is a lot of fun and has so much variety that you don't get bored. Cindy takes water breaks at the right times and she is very down to earth. I like that there is a lot of ab work. This is a full body workout and you will be sore but the results are worth it. You can also take it at your own pace, so just adapt it and you will find that eventually you can do it all. I would definitely recommend this tape.

Summary: Next Challenge Video Proves To Be a Real Challenge
Review: I was really impressed with both of Cindy's videos. Although difficult to do at first, once the workouts have been done more than three or four times, they become easier. I like the fact that after doing them, I feel slightly sore the next day--exactly where I want to be sore! Then I know the moves Radu's put together are really working. I find the cardio section of Cindy's Next Challenge video a bit too rigorous and short; but the video itself is presented (on the cover) as a toning one, which strives to lengthen and firm various areas of the body, which I think it does well.

Summary: Cindy Meets the expectations of Next Challenge
Review: Cindy has done a marvellous job when compared to her much criticized earlier videos - the pace of repetitions were enormously high. This one is a welcome change, the pace is moderate but the workout is not moderate - it gives good flexibility and works out evrey part of the body. Usually the workouts are designed for upper body, abs and lower body. Cindy along with Radu goes one step ahead with Chest work out - and they are damn good. I have used it for a lil' over month - though I could not see significant decrease in pounds - I see definitely that my body has toned and defining well. I strike to do 5 times a week (still havent reached that goal) - and feel energized after the work out. I highly recommend to anyone who needs a good motivational video that they can stick with and do the workout with out getting bored.
