Summary: Great prenatal workout.
Review: I've been doing this yoga tape 4-5x/week since the 4th month of pregnancy (I'm now at 8 months) and I've found it to be invaluable for the inevitable aches and pains. The tape is divided into 4 segments, and I always do the first warm up segement, and then alternate between the Standing and Sitting Poses, always finishing up with Guided Relaxation. Using the tape in this way it only takes about 30 minutes/day, which is about all I can spare. The modifications are good, although I've found that since I've been doing this tape all along, I haven't had to move to the 3rd trimester modifications (I've stayed with the 2nd trimester ones). This is a great intro to yoga for moms-to-be.

Summary: Great to do when you are pregnant
Review: I received this as a Christmas gift, and have never done Yoga before. But, I really enjoy this video and find it very easy to follow. It is a great way to relax and stretch. Plus, you really use a lot of muscles. And, probably the most important thing is that by doing this Prenantal Yoga, I am preparing myself better for childbirth and also helping my baby to enjoy a healthy womb environment.
Highly recommended.

Summary: Great tape!
Review: I love this tape - it shows quite clearly how to modify poses for all stages of pregnancy. It has helped me be much, much more comfortable with exercising as I approach my due date. I also like the focus on things that will help during delivery and after the baby is born.

Well worth it :0)

Summary: Thanks for bringing me back to exercise!
Review: After being extremely fatigued and suffering morning sickness, all day during my first trimester...I was fearful about exercising again because I didn't want to be lightheaded or worse, start dry-heaving. I used to work out pretty vigorously 3-4 times a week with weights and was dreading my exercise routine again. This video was so helpful in bringing back movement, understanding the modifications I need to be making in my exercise routine, and confidence to do something well after being on the couch for over six weeks. Loved it! Very helpful, very easy, a good bridge to other forms of exercise and yoga! Thanks!

Summary: An excellent prenatal yoga video
Review: This is a great video for those experienced or inexperienced with yoga. The poses are modified for each trimester of your pregnancy so that nothing feels uncomfortable. It is very relaxing with equal attention to breathing, flexibility, and balance. I also purchased The Method Baby & Mom Prenatal Yoga and Shiva Rea eclipses that instructor. I choose this video every single time!

Summary: Definite Must Have
Review: I love this video. I feel so calm and relaxed after using this video. This video has all three trimesters so you can use it your entire pregnancy. I've only done yoga once before and loved it so much, I thought I'd give this video a try. It is easy to follow, the music and narrarator's voice is calm and soothing. I recommend anyone wanting to do yoga to get this video. They do use some props but you can use your own props from things at home. I am very happy with this and plan to use it my entire pregnancy.

Summary: recommended
Review: I am in my fourth month and still really enjoying this video. I was doing a lot of power yoga before I got pregnant, and was quite fit, so I was afraid at first this might be too easy. But actually, during the first trimester I was suddenly and completely exhausted, so this video was just right. Now that I am feeling better, I am finding the video a little too easy and at times wish it offered some more strenuous poses. I think it will be excellent during the third trimester, though. I think for someone who is new to yoga it would be quite challenging, but the instructor is excellent and provides good modifications for every pose, so I think that anyone could get through it.

Summary: Highly recommended!
Review: The yoga in this video helps alleviate my low-back stiffness everytime I use it. I especially recommend it for athletic women who are feeling stiff and achey during pregnancy, and want to do more stretching so they can continue running during pregnancy. It's easy to follow even for yoga beginners, and covers all stretches and exercises usually recommended for pregnant woman.

Summary: Ahhhh!
Review: Even without much previous yoga experience, I found this tape easy to follow. There are three instructors - one for each trimester of pregnancy - so I felt comfortable during both my second and third trimesters.

I was pleasantly surprised at the immediate relief of my back pain during my second trimester. The exercises are not extreme, and are well within the abilities of a pregnant woman (even this "old" 37-year-old first-time mom!). In my third trimester, I am most grateful for the gentle stretching of the poses - which eases the general aches caused by my ever-expanding uterus.

I anticipate that I'll continue to use this video during my post-partum period, as well.

Summary: Not great but not terrible for the more experienced.
Review: I bought this VHS when I was 3 months pregnant along with 2 other prenatal aerobic VHS. I have not had alot of exposure to Yoga but wanted to give this one a go. And I must say, it is quite difficult if you've never done yoga before or if you don't quite have the strength and stamina. I have worked out occasionally so I am not new to doing routines but I found this one quite strenuous and difficult for beginners, not to mention beginners who were pregnant. For me, I just preferred the aerobics as it's livelier and similar to dancing but at a slower pace. However, if you've done yoga before this may be no trouble for you.
