Summary: Pediatrician and Mom Loves this DVD
Review: I'm a new mom and pediatrician and my baby loves Baby Mozart. He is very fussy but quiets instantly when I turn this on. I can't wait to try the rest of the series.

Summary: Best video!
Review: My son is 4 months old and to say he loves this video is an understatement! He can be crying hysterically and as soon as he sees the caterpillar at the beginning, he stops and is mesmerized! This is the only thing he will watch and he watches it until the end...even the credits. He does not like Baby Einstein or Sesame Street yet. This is it. We call it the "Magic Tape".

Summary: My son loves it
Review: My son thinks this is one of the greatest dvds. He's 13 months now and has been watching it for the last couple of months. It's actually pretty neat since he insists that I sit down with him to watch it. Suprisingly, I actually don't mind watching the video. Great dvd.

Summary: Don't be fooled ! - Think twice
Review: I know that Baby Mozart and Einstein have been very popular and I even have them in our home, but now I know better! ...The BRAINY BABY videos are FAR better for the same price (in fact the Brainy Baby videos are 45 minutes, instead of the 25 minutes you get with Mozart). ...!

If your child watches Brainy Baby, they actually LEARN their ABC's, 123's, Colors, etc. as well as being entertained with BEAUTIFUL images! I say buy these types of videos for your children, (Right Brain and ABC's are our favorites) but if you want your child to become smarter as well as be entertained with beautiful and creative images, then [choose]Brainy Baby. You won't be disappointed and you'll get a well deserved 45 minute break!

Summary: BEST DVD EVER!
Review: My mother got this DVD for my 2 1/2 month old for Christmas. I wasn't sure what it was, but we put it in and she was GLUED to the TV. She even laughs and smiles, and is starting to recognize characters. She laughs at the same animals each time they come on. It keeps her entertained so I can clean and get some house chores done while she watches it in her swing. I can not wait to get all the others! I especially love the repeat mode, where you can keep the DVD going non-stop so your baby can watch it all day.

Summary: Very good with beautiful music
Review: I really like these videos. My daughter is 28-month's old and diagnosed with autism. She will only sit for 10 minutes to Book of Pooh, The Wiggles, Rolie Polie Olie and Kipper videos. I thought I'd give these a try after all I've read about them in children's magazines. I think the best two in this series is the animal ones: Neighborhood and World Animals, but this one is very good as well.

In this video there are toys in motion to Mozart music. The toys are stuffed animals, trains, action toys like pound-a-ball and a silly sequence of pictures of fruit to Twinkle Twinkle Little Star (I wonder why they chose fruit?) The motion of the toys fits very well to the music, which is superb. I am surprised my daughter will sit the entire 25 minutes to this tape. I think the quality of these Baby Einstein videos is remarkable. Very entertaining and fun for the whole family.

Summary: My son loves it!
Review: Yes, this is a very simple video. It's so simple that it probably angers some parents that the creator is making so much money off of her idea (too bad they didn't think of it first.)

Personally, it bores me to tears. My son, on the other hand, can't get enough. He sits in front of the t.v. almost in a trance watching the screen and kicking his little legs.

One important note, while it may be easy to use this as your sitter for 30 minutes of "me time" once in a while, it is also important to use the video as a learning tool as well. You can point out shapes and colors on the screen as they appear so that your child actually GETS something from the video.I agree that interaction with your child is most important of all, but come on, 30 minutes a day is not going to ruin your child. While this video may seem addicting to your little one, I can think of much worse things they could be watching.

My advice is get the video. Your child will love it, and if nothing else, you get to enjoy beautiful music while you do the dishes.

Summary: Unbelievable!
Review: Another reviewer was disappointed at this product because it was "simply a video of toys" and his son wasn't interested. I had the same feeling when I first showed it to my daughter when she's 5 months old. I did not show it to her again until she's 7 months old - and the effect was simply unbelievable! My daughter was crying and yelling in her playpen, but she calmed down IMMEDIATELY after the images appeared on TV, and she stayed that way for the entire 30-minute runtime! Like the other reviewer, I was also worried that I was simply teaching her to watch TV, but the TV im my home is almost always on, and my daughter is not interested in anything else other than Baby Mozart! I now think it's money well spent!

Summary: CAPTIVATING!
Review: My son is 4 months old and absolutely loves this video! I received this as a shower gift and it is wonderful! It helps to develop their eye coordination by moving things in a Z formation across the screen. This video draws him in and holds his attention to the very end. Even as a newborn he was totally captivated. It had the same effect on my best friend's daughter (5 months old) when I played it for her. The music is amazing, as well. I play the audio CD in his nursery and in the car and it works like a charm to calm him. I really think it's a must have!

Summary: Just watching TV...
Review: If you buy it for keeping a baby quiet while you do something else, fine - though there are other options out there (like Disney videos - at 3 months, my son enjoyed watching bits of 101 Dalmatians!). As for the music part, get a Mozart or Bach or Beethoven "best of" CD! My 5 month old loves listening to music, he looks at the boombox expectantly - whether we tune in to classical radio or pop, he enjoys it and it keeps him entertained for quite a while...
