Summary: Fabulous but WE NEED MORE
Review: This DVD was wonderful. It's hard to miss with Dawson's Creek...

Summary: Is this Pacey's Creek???
Review: Now as much as I love Pacey, I believe that the show was called Dawson's Creek. Which is why DAWSON should have gotten Joey, but either way, I don't think Kevin Williamson would have done that had he written the entire series. I mean, he certainly would NOT have made Joey and Dawson a mere one night stand. If you watch season one and two, you know that Dawson and Joey were MEANT for each other no matter what...I guess I am still mad about everything they had to endure and wind up having nothing! If Mr. Leery had not died, the show would have turned out much different. Anyways, I thought this was the perfect way to go, in the future so that we don't really know the whole story, there is a lot left up to our minds and no matter what, this is the story of three best friends...

Summary: Absolutely Fantastic
Review: I watched this episode the night it aired, then the next day on TBS Superstation re-runs of Dawson's Creek. This episode is undoubtedly the best, being a projection 5 years into the future. Dawson's own TV show will undoubtedly look familiar at some points and Joey's decision is absolutely dumbfounding. There's not just one but two weddings in this 2 part episode. However, the second one is only a dream, sadly. I can't imagine a better written finale, except one big heart wringer. It was a beautiful end to a beautiful series.

Summary: Bittersweet
Review: Indeed, all good things must come to an end. Being in true "Dawson's Creek" style, the series finale wasn't everyone walking off into the sunset. I was both very happy with the ending & also very sad.

It is shown 5 years into the future. The characters Audrey & Andie weren't around, but I know the scenes of Andie were cut for time restraints. Dawson has been focused on his career, but feels he's lost touch with everyone. Joey is of course a great success & living with her boyfriend. Pacey is successful, but still getting into trouble with those older women. Jack is a teacher at the high school & unsure about his current relationship. Jen returns with a baby girl. I would've liked more information on what had been happening with her though.

The episode starts off light with some entertaining scenes. Things somber up quickly though when Jen collapses at Gail's wedding. The severity of Jen's condition leads each to look at themselves.

Ultimately, everything comes full circle. The inner struggles of each character is finally dealt with & decisions are made. Joey finally chooses- is it Dawson or Pacey? The episode is filled with heart warming & heart tugging moments. However, I was disappointed that we don't get to see Jen coming to a kind of terms. I would've liked to have seen a different ending for her, but otherwise I absolutely loved the series ending. The best is always saved for the last & it's definitely true here.

I loved this episode because it's sweet & funny, but it's also powerful & heartbreaking. It shows the depth of these characters & of their relationships with eachother. Everyone is amazing, epecially Michelle Williams. You won't make it through without crying! It'd be nice to see an alternate ending to the series finale, but it'll be cool to see the one for the pilot episode. If you love to watch an amazing cast in an amazing show, get this DVD!

Summary: It was Awesome
Review: I think this was the perfect way of ending Dawson's Creek. Joey made the right choice between Dawson and Pacey. Jack finally found the right man for him. Jen's daughter is so cute. Dawson finally gets to meet his favorite filmmaker. But in all good news, there is some bad news. I just wished they could have had a little cast reunion. With Andie, Gretchen, Drew, and Charlie. Oh Well, I still thought the finale was awesome. Can't wait to own it!!

Summary: Amazing Show
Review: The last 6 years culminate in this 2 hour finale. As a diehard Joey/... fan, I am obviously disappointed with the ending (so ... gets Joey, and ... gets...Steven Spielberg? That's NOT an ending.). However, I hope that the alternate ending they are promising is one that I will wear out over and over again since...I can only imagine that it must be my version of the show. Whatever the case, this was beautifully acted, and having Kevin Williamson back encapsulated the Dawson's Creek magic that had been severely lacking from seasons 5 and 6. Michelle Willams still makes me cry every time I see this finale, and I hope the alternate scenes bring in Meredith Monroe (Andie McPhee) because she was sorely missed these last 2 seasons (Wasn't she supposed to start Harvard in Season 6? Shouldn't she have been with the gang again?) Anyway, here's hoping! And Season 2 (THE BEST SEASON) is coming out soon too, so go get that.

Summary: I love it
Review: I think it's very sad to have the show ending...but I must say, the finale was great. I was very happy with joey's decision in the ending...and it was cute. They should have kept the scenes with andie in it. Yes!!! andie WAS suppose to be in the finale but due to the time problems, they cut her off. Actually they should have made everyone come back for like a little gathering thing. I miss Drue from season 4...and I wonder how Gretchen turned out. Although I don't like the ... part, I still think that buying this dvd is a must for everyone who watches the show.

Summary: Perfect Ending!
Review: In the beginning, everyone was rooting for Dawson and Joey. In the end everyone was accepting of Joey and Pacey. I think this finale was one of the most thoughtful that I have seen for a glorified teen drama. It was refreshing to see these characters that have been known to be a little to cutesy and melodramatic, assume the roles of adulthood. I stil cry when I watch Jen's touching mother/daughter video. Jen has never been my favorite character, but she came a long way toward redeeming herself in my eyes with her final performance.

Summary: They know how to make you cry!
Review: Ok I'm a guy & I cried!I don't like shows to go away forever when they are great ones! This episode pulled my tears. The scene where Jen is recording a tape for her daughter killed me.I don't know why the show ended but I miss it already.I liked how Joey ended up with Pacey but I wanted Jen to live and end up with Dawson! But I still love the ending. One scene that reminded me of all the old episodes that really got to me was where Dawson was ouside and imagines Jen coming to her Grandmother's from New York.I think any Dawson's Creek fan should add this to your collection!

Summary: Bad ending to a horrible show.....
Review: I guess the AOL teens who watched this show were surprised that Joey and Dawson did not end up together, that's kind of hard to two, when thoee two jumped in bed with everyone else on the show during the six years it was on. Why root for charecters who live in a world where being faithful to each other is a joke and where the writers will kill off a charecter at the end just to show viewers that they wasted their time watching the show in the first place. At most, this show was little more then a night time soap, although a daytime soap like as The World Turns could have done it better (and has). In the end, the charecters were no better then those who work in porn films. Nothing else. Bleech.
