Review: i saw this movie in the theatres after it was released and could not wait for it to come out on video. if you are going to rent or buy a movie i totally recommend this one! it was a entertaining, funny, and romantic. cinderella with a nice twist. =)

Review: THERE ARE NO GOOD MOVIES OUT THESE DAYS, BUT THIS WAS GREAT. I CAN'T WAIT TO SHARE IT WITH MY SISTER IN MINNESOTA. EVEN MY 9 YEAR OLD SON LOVED THE MOVIE.

Summary: If only fairy tales really do come true
Review: This movie clearly shows that fairy tales do come true. It puts true love above all. Drew Barrymore is delightful in her role and Dougary Scott is exceptionally cute. I also liked the twist of adding Leonardo Da Vinci as their fairy godmother. Anjelica Houston does a wonderful job of playing the wicked stepmother. One scene in particlar where she seems to reach out to Danielle but at the same time manages to insult her. The villians get there just desserts and the movie ends happily ever after.

Review: I saw this movie when it first came out and it stayed with me until it came out on video tape where, naturally, I had to go buy it. It was good on the big screen and it is just as good the second time around on the smaller screen. I thought that Drew Barrymore (who I feel like I grew up with) put in an excellent performance in the movie. I really recommend this to any die-hard romantic movie watcher (like me)! Enjoy. Why 4 stars instead of 5? I thought there could've been a little better interaction between the prince and Drew. The scene with the gypsies kinda put me off, but that's all.

Summary: Awesome Real Life Version of the Cinderella Story!
Review: This movie was terrific - it was exciting and very funny, and it really made the Cinderella story seem possible. I loved Drew Barrymore's character. She was so intelligent and caring. I'm not into romance movies typically because I can't stand to see ditzy girls fall for these macho guys all the time. This movie was so different because it took time and effort on both parts; and in the end you know that their love is real. I recommend this movie to both kids and adults!

Review: If you have ever loved fairy tales, you will definitely love this movie. A handsome prince, a beautiful maiden in distress, true love, a happy ending--it has it all. But what makes this movie different from so many other seemingly similar movies is the plausibility of both the plot devices and the characters for a 1990's audience. The character of Cinderella/Danielle played by Drew Barrymore is not just the passive servant dependent on her fairy godmother. She is a proactive, assertive dreamer who knows what she wants and doesn't take flack from anyone. The prince, played by Dougray Scott, has flaws! Really! But that is what makes him so lovable--he is not the perfect Prince Charming of the old tales. You would actually want to date this guy. The way that the plot moves throughout the whole movie is just closer to real life than most traditional fairy tales. That is what makes it such a winner.

Review: This is one of the best movies to go see. If you like the hole love thing then this is a movie for you. It is a great date movie if you want to enjoy at night at home with the one(s) you love.

Summary: Fantastic! Cinderella at it's Best!
Review: I saw this movie and absolutely fell in love with it!!! It keeps some of the fairy tale "Happily ever after" to it, but it makes the "real" story of Cinderella seem almost believeable. It is a great movie and I would reccomend it to anyone with kids, especially if they have seen the Walt Disney cartoon.

Review: This is a totall new and refreshing twist on the time honored fairy tale classic. I am the total Cinderella Freak and think it is a must have for anyone who ever once felt a love for this classic!
