Review: Do yourself a favor - leave your brain at the door for this one. Lisa Boyle plays a domineering tramp who likes to play psychological games with her lover. Destined to beat her at her own game, he follows along, only to find himself at her constant whim. If you're going to purchase this movie, so you can place it in your video collection right next to "101 Dalmations" and "Shindler's List", that's your fault. This is the best case of an overseas billionaire investor producing an "artistic, erotic picture". If you're purchasing it for a certain pleasure, and not for Lisa Boyle's not so stellar performance (sample dialogue: (in a baby voice) "He won't share me. He was piggy!",then knock yourself out! Just remember to hide it somewhere in your closet, with the rest of your "classics"!

Summary: A sexy, fun romp of a relationship
Review: First of all, if nudity and soft porn is not your bag, this is NOT for you. This is a fun movie, in some ways ala 9 1/2 weeks. She is interested in sex, but only if she can put her own spin on it. And she is inventive and ready for adventure. In fact she abhors repetition and conventionality. Any guys who can't take that, she drops like a rock. No second chances. A woman who knows what she wants, and goes for it. The movie is quite entertaining and has some very funny moments. In her past is the debris of guys who didn't measure up, and were treated the way it is thought man often treat women. Implied also is, that if someone plays the game better than she, her aloofness from any man can turn into an unexpected attachment to him, who has her number. The female lead, Lisa Boyle, (seemingly a namesake of the actress playing in 'The Practice') being a real fox, certainly doesn't hurt the picture. How goodlooking the actor is must be judged by the female audience.

Review: I have seen this movie with my best friend and she and I agreed that the best scene in "I Like To Play Games" is the one where the guy runs down the street with only a bathrobe on! The scene would have been much better in my friend's opinion if the guy had ran down the streets COMPLETELY naked with nothing on, not even the bathrobe!! She also liked the part where the guy was arrested by the cop and spent his afternoon in jail for indecent exposure!

Review: I just wrote a review for BASIC INSTINCT, and most of what I said about that movie (another very erotic but flawed movie) holds true for this one. Don't worry about details like believability or plot structure, just thank your personal deity that you are a man and can watch Lisa Boyle take charge! My heart was racing when she slips the handcuffs on the unsuspecting protagonist, the "Everyman" character since I doubt any man could have resisted her alluring beauty and mischievousness. I thought she was beyond sexy and convincing as a selfish, manipulative but irresistible "femme fatale." What a treat! I would have liked to have seen much more detail like how she got the participant of her "games" securely fastened to the bed, but I guess that was hoping for too much; at least I can imagine. The second movie by the way is terrible, showing how strong a performance Lisa Boyle gives as the lead character. Oh, the ending of the movie was disappointing too, making the rewind button- back to the earlier erotic scenes- a wonderful distraction!

Review: In a nice change for most movies of this genre I Like to Play Games has all the ingredients. A plot that alone is worth watching, good acting and some very tantalising and senuous sex scences. The sex is very hot, without labouring the point. The threesome scence in particular is excellent. A definite movie for a couple - or an aspiring threesome to watch!
