Summary: It was very emotional and moving.
Review: I though titanic was very well done. You just had to feel for the people who went down with the ship. The love story helped people get involved with the story.

Summary: Academy award for best film????
Review: Titanic's special effects are incredible. But who cares??The dialogues are pathetic and the story is terrible. As Good As It Gets should have won the Academy Award for best film!!! Thank God none of the actors in the film won an award for best actor/actress.

Summary: Horrible; one of the worst movies I have ever seen.
Review: "Titanic" was terrible. The love story is old. It is taken from Romeo and Juliet, which is taken from Pyramus and Thisbe. The acting was extremely bad, and the only character who seemed to have depth was Molly Brown, who was also one of the most humerous characters. The movie was too long, and even though there were good special effects, they got boring after fifteen minutes. It is a waste of money to see the movie and I wish I did not spend the $7.50 to see it.

Summary: This is the worst movie ever conceived
Review: I was hoping for more blood. More gore, I mean there's gotta be sharks in them thare waters. Plus, you dont fall off a mile long ship thats straight up in the water, hit a damn pole on the way down and not have a arm or leg detach. I hate this movie more than life itself.

Summary: UH!
Review: I believe that the only reason some people do not enjoy this film is because they are afraid to go along with the views of everyone else in the world. There is always going to be the handful that have a need to go against the grain--and it just serves us right to take their opinions with a grain of salt.

As movie critic for a major newspaper, I attended many pre-release film screenings in 1997, most of which seemed to take the world back to the classics of the early century. After the screening of "Titanic" I was approached by several colleagues and asked whether or not I enjoyed this film; my reply was for them to simply pay attention to the television screen come Oscar night.

"Good Will Hunting" was great!

"L.A. Confidential" was beautiful and chilling!

"As Good As it Gets" was hilariously brilliant!

"The Full Monty" was, eh, good.

But "Titanic..." what more can I say than 'perfect?!'

Summary: tHIS IS ONE OF THE BEST MOVIES I HAVE EVER SEEN.
Review: This is one of the best movies ever made. It is one of the best because it is so realistic of what really happened. Not to mention Kate Winzlet is hot=)

Summary: Hands down the best.
Review: It was very hard for me to believe as I walked out of the theater after seeing Titanic for the first time that something would replace GWTW as my favorite movie. So, I was forced to see the Titanic again, and again, and again! And as I am neither brainless nor a teenager, I do not fit the standard repeat audience demographic. Were there flaws? Sure. Were certain lines cringe worthy? Oh yeah. But in the end, this movie worked and worked well. It brought you the tragedy of Titanic on a personal level. For those who have joined the "I am too intelligent, eclectic, or original to fall for the Titanic hype" Club, I offer only my condolences. It must suck to have lost the magic of imagination.

Summary: Can touch you, but still not good enough to be great.
Review: Though I don't really like romance or gentle movies, Titanic still touched me for a while. Leo didn't dress to look like a real third class passenger. He was too clean for someone who wonders around without a home. His Colgate smile and Head & Shoulders coiffure were definitely NOT turn off the century characteristics. I don't know why the girls like his pig-face American looks, he needed a bit more Irish cut and accent. The graphics were realistic and the special effects had some depth.

Summary: Go see Casablanca instead
Review: You want to see what real Love is? Why don't you go to a videostore and rent Casablanca. It may be old fashoned but at least Bogart and Bergman didn't need to steam up the windows of a fancy car, draw a picture of their partner while she is all naked and run around a crashing ship to show that they loved each other. This simply an entertainig disaster blockbuster and by no means a love story. I personally think that Cameron should start doing action movies again; he is a lot better at that. No, dear Cameron, you are not the King of the World. Amaizing special effects, though.

Summary: It is a beautiful film . I liked very much.
Review: I have seen this film three times in the cinemas and one more time in video. I liked the love story and the special effects.
