Review: Being an amateur cowboy, the fundamentals and practicalities that Lane portrayed in his craft have been an enormous inspiration to me. After watching the movie (27 times and counting!) I still have to reach for the tissues!! I can never learn enough from his story. END

Review: I have watched the movie many times over, and i still find it one of the best movies about the rodeo. the movie inspired me to write one of my best songs ever, and for that i am grateful. Lane Frost was truly one of the best all around cowboys this world could have known, and Luke Perry did an excellent job portraying him, made it very believable. i would reccomend this movie to anyone who has a heart. 5 stars is truly not enough. END

Review: This movie is not only based on good acting but the legend of a cowboys life. The meaning of dedication and pride is something that was protrayed well in this film. The story line was sad but true. Lane Frost will be remembered by others as the legendary cowboy that completed his life all in an 8 second ride. I was very touched by this story and my heart goes out to Lane's family and friends. It was a tragedy but also an accomplishment for him. This film really brought what cowboy's life is like to action. Today I have bought this film and will keep it until the day I die because as a young person I believe it marks a milestone in my life. END

Review: When I first saw the movie I left the theatre wondering why the movie had touched me so much. I didn't even know him and yet I felt like I had. The movie really touched me. I thought I was silly for taking it so seriously until I read the reviews from other people and found out they felt the same. END

Summary: I just started lovin' Lane a few years ago.
Review: The first time I ever heard anything about Lane Frost was after I became a Garth-a-holic.I saw Lane in "The Dance" video and immediatley had to find out all I could about him. Since then I've also become very interested in bull riding. I live in a small town in Pa. so we usually have to travel a ways to a rodeo I can't watch 8 Seconds or even "The Dance" video without crying. Last month I got my first Lane Frost t-shirt. I had looked for one at other rodeos but could never find any. It took the last $20.00 out of my pocket but I;ll never regret it. I wear it proudly and when people in my small home town ask me who Lane Frost is, they better have some time to talk. Wish I could have seen him ride! END
