Rating: Summary: How about giving this to someone for Valentine's Day! Review: I loved this movie. Since Valentine's day is approaching this would make a unique gift to give a girl friend or anyone for that matter. Teenage girls would especially love it. So nice to watch a family movie, rare these days.
Rating: Summary: The best movie we've ever seen! Review: This is one of those movies where you don't want to leave your seat for ANYTHING until it's over. Then you find yourself wishing there was more. My husband and I sat and discussed this movie afterwards, and went on the web to find one just like it. The storyline was wonderful, and you find yourself enraptured in it. See it! You won't be disappointed! Tim and Kathy Proctor
Rating: Summary: For once, the movie is better than the book! Review: The man who wrote the Tele-play should be commended! He has far surpassed Finney's short story and made it wonderful. Not only is the story great with it's subtle twists and turns, the acting is well done. You'll get to the end and wish that it could really happen!
Rating: Summary: RANKS WITH "SOMEWHERE IN TIME" AS BEST ROMANTIC SCI-FI Review: I was pleasantly surprised to discover how much I enjoyed this movie. I don't usually like Jennifer Jason-Leigh. I think she's too hard-looking and edgy to play a Civil War-era woman. Somehow, though, she works here. I like the migraine touch, too--since I have migraines, I like to believe they're a sign of advanced intelligence, imagination, and connection to another dimension. This was certainly the case for her character. Also, I'm a sucker for happy endings--and this one had the best of both worlds.See it with someone you love, if that person isn't scared of losing you to someone in another dimension.
Rating: Summary: A rare movie that will stir the heart and soul of the viewer Review: I just finished watching The Love Letter. I delayed all morning projects to watch it in it's entirety. I then tried my feeble hand at an internet search to find where I could purchase this movie. I have rarely been touched so deeply by a movie as I was with this captivating love story. The story is beautiful, the movie enchanting. Thank youthe movie was enchanting. Thank you.
Rating: Summary: The best love story film I've ever seen. Review: It was for a pure chance that yesterday night I saw this worderful film in First Channel of Italian Broadcast State Company and I was deeply involved in its screenplay. I've been delighted reminding it: I've immediately looked for more details about it in the Web and I came here. How to give up sharing my emotions with all of you? That's really wonderful! It is a pity that these stories don't happen in our everyday life!!! But let's dream!

Rating: Summary: A BEAUTIFUL MOVIE! Review: Several years a go I taped Lady for A Day (made later as Pocketful of Miracles. Just at the end of the movie the tape ran out....my wife didn't speak to me for a week. The same thing happend when I taped The Love Letter..lost it at the cemetary scene. This time however, thanks to Amazon.com...we are writing this review together, she is speaking to me and we are breathlessly looking forward to seeing the ending...and now for Joanne's review. The "Love Letter" is one of the best movies I've ever seen. It is beautifully acted and directed, and the story transcends this earthly plane. Thank you to all involved. Both of us are professional actors.
Rating: Summary: OUTSTANDING Review: This movie blew me away!! I am not one to shout at the T.V. but when one of Scotty's letters was dropped on the floor, I yelled "Pick it up" fearing the worst.I defy anyone not to have to wipe away a tear when Scotty reads the message Lizzie left for him on the gravestone " I never forgot" Magical stuff!! One of the great romantic fantasy films up there with "Somewhere In Time".
