Summary: My Favorite Movie This Year
Review: I absolutely love this movie.I went to see it yesterday and I didn't know how mandy moore was going to be as an actress,but I have to say she done an amazing job.After a few minutes I forgot it was mandy moore.This movie is one of my favorites so far this year and I'm definately going to see it again at the theatres.I recommend it to anyone 12 and up.

Summary: Incredibly heartwarming!
Review: All of my life I have been so worried about wheather I'd ever find the perfect person to spend the rest of my life with. I feel very strongly about my religion and was always reluctant to talk about it to others in case I might scare away that one perfect person. However, after watching this movie, I realize that the right person for you won't ever judge for your beliefs but only love you for who you are. Seeing how Jamie held so much pride in her religion greatened my faith in God. I think that both Mandy Moore and Shane West are outstanding actors and they are the reason the movie is so incredibly heartwarming and phenomenal. A Walk to Remember uplifted me in a way I will never forget.

Review: I couldn't get enough of this movie and I went 3 times to the movie theater to see it.
I didn't know anything about Mandy Moore or Shane West before but both of the leading characters were "marvelous"!I also loved the music and couldn't believe that Mandy sang some of the -very powerful- songs. There was even a song that Shane and his band performed! I really can't wait 'till the movie gets released on DVD!!!

Summary: Really sweet movie worth seeing.
Review: I saw it tonight and left with the thought that we are happiest when we know we are loved. A walk to remember portrayed the realistic high school difficulties that come with insecurity. It then explores self-discovery and the security that comes from being loved. A great love story that reaches the heart. As I walked out with a teary smile on my face, I noticed it reached a few others there too. Good show.

Summary: disappointing
Review: Not only was this movie entirely unoriginal its characterization and over all tone was rather infuriating. I don't understand the hype it has created. admittedly it was different from all the gross out teen movies being churned out these days but this one merely replaces one type of stereotypical thinking with another. The whole good girl, modestly dressed, shy, demure and oh so sweet image irked me a great deal. a lot of people don't dress like Jamie or have the same ideas about virgiity, does that make me hollow, shallow, jaded, utterly without faith and indifferent to the suffereing around them? Many of them are responsible memebers of the community too and can teach creators of such stereotypical and one dimensional characters a thing or two about love, life and how to live it.
the couple of stars are for the excellent chemistry between the two leads.

Review: I was scepktical at first because Mandy Moore is a cross over singer to actress but she proved to eb a great actress. The movie kept on moving and was never slow. It was wonderful. It gave the viewer all type of emotions. You couldn't help but be sucked into the movie. Perfect for a girls night out or to be with friends. Perfect to sparkt eh romance of the evening !

Summary: The Best Movie I Have Seen In My 14 Years On This Earth!
Review: I couldn't tell you a part in this movie when I WASN'T crying. Mandy Moore and Shane West play the parts so well, that it doesn't seem like they are acting at all. The story is soooo beautiful, and this is definitely NOT another teen movie. Not even close. Actually, after reading the book, I didn't think it would be half as good as it was. If you haven't seen this movie, you NEED to. For Mandy's leading role debut, she certainly played the part well. I don't think anyone could have been a better actor for Landon than Shane West. Nor Jamie than Mandy. The casting was great, and the soundtrack creates the perfect mood for the movie. Like I said, if you haven't seen this movie, you need to, because it is GREAT!

Review: i was seriously sceptical about this movie when i first heard of it....it was like aw man....not another teen movie....and wut worse featuring a popstar...imagine how shocked i was to find it thoroughly enjoyable...no i didnt cry in the end but i thought that Mandy's character is really exemplary...as the storyline reveals....she really touches a lot of lives around her although short lived....a really admirable character... it really strays away from the "bad teens" frame who kicks...but remains cool at the same time... a really pleasant change.... Mandy Moore gave an above average performance which is respectable for her age and previous experiences....unlike Mariah and Britney, she does actually seem sincere in most parts of the movie and i really respect that.....i think she is a really sweet girl in real life and i hope she maintains her true self...to tell u the truth i really hated her at first debut especially in that so sickening vid Candy.... but she has really grown since then and now i am proud to say that i am her fan....her change is simply amazing....
