Review: Ray Kinsella teaches us all a little about how to trust that what God asks us to do is right for us, and that he will take care of us for doing it. Think of that incredible shot with the streams of cars driving into Iowa City to watch a Baseball game of thier dreams; that is miraculous.

The work upon which this movie is based is more of a short story and is a great appendix for this movie. The story takes yo to the first meeting of Kinsella and Shoeless Joe, and ends there. The writers of the movie took the wonderful basis of the story and turned it into a full legnth screenplay, by adding more wonderful characters like Doc Gramm and Ray's brother-in-law, and more revelations from "the voice" (interstingly played by "himself" as he is credited).

Definately a 10 and a great night of entertainment.
