Review: The movie started off promising, but this sequel to this made-for-video flick needs a little work. No desert storm sequences this time (thank goodness), but this time they may have copied some submarine scenes from "Hunt for Red October". Originally shown on HBO as "Operation Delta Force II: Mayday."
